My partner & I stayed for one night here recently. It’s a beautiful building from the outside but on checking in , things started to go wrong. It was about 11 o clock in the morning & we knew our room wouldn’t be yet available but it was the rude way the receptionist conveyed

We had heard great things about this venue and were fortunate enough to have a voucher so tried the afternoon tea. The venue is lovely as is the conservatory area - tables neatly set with nice linen. We were promptly taken to our seats and coats taken and menus appeared.

Is the hotel dog friendly ? For an overnight booking ?
Yes, 100%. They love every dog through the door. They even dog sit whilst you have dinner, if your four legged friend doesn’t like being left alone. They have dog beds, towels and even poop bags!

Do the Suites have coffee-making facilities in the suite?
For the prices of a suite I expect everything will be gold plated! But seriously, yes even a basic double i.e.: the cheapest room you can book has a kettle and nespresso machine with coffee pods.

There were certainly people with at least 2 dogs when I stayed there, and it prides itself on being dog-friendly. I'd give the people on Reception a ring about your booking- they are incredibly pleasant and helpful.
