Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Friendly staff. Old but Semi-clean Accomodation. For $$ not to bad expect the bed made my body ache, the exhaust fan didn’t work, the sliding doors inside wouldn’t slide , stains on the couch, Curtains only just kept the light out, the knife was more like a spoon(blunt), shower was very small. The was was seriously uncomfortable. Location to Ipswich is good, quiet, provided enough pillows, towels and eco-friendly toiletries. Would I stay again, probably not.

Stayed in the motel in a queen room. Excellent clean room, good service and great price. we stayed in Willowbank, after driving for 6 hours, and did not feel like driving into Brisbane peak hour traffic. We were pleasantly surprised and will no doubt stay there again.

We are proud to say we have been coming to stay at Willowbank Caravan Park since 2015 when CMC announced that QLD would be their new home for the festival! The staff Kellie, Dean and Toni along with a multitude of fairy’s that keep the park glistening always. Their vans, cabins, motel and camping facilities are second to none! The extra effort put into providing entertainment, food vans, hot showers are better than most five stars Huge shoutout for always making our yearly family adventure with our grown children just as amazing as the festival itself See you next year 💚💛

A few permanent residents, that can make the park untidy. Camped on a massive corner block, although the space beside the concrete slab was just dirt, dry and cracked, so not suitable to put down a tent or swags. Food truck there on the weekend. Not sure if it's a permanent thing. But it doesn't serve coffee! Servo down the road opens at 6am Sundays, so probably best to take a camp stove and kettle! Driving distance to Qld Raceway, so is handy in that regard. If you're lucky, you might see military aircraft training exercises from the airbase down the road

We had a powered van site. It was a great park with plenty of room for reversing in. It is dog friendly and has a nice pool with a shade cloth. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The amenities were clean with benches in the shower cubicles for your clothes. Very big park with heaps of room for camping. We enjoyed it and will come here again next time we are in town!

So I thought id be nice to clean up the place before I left I didn't realise the time was 8 and my twins were making some noise instead of the manager coming up to me and ask me politely if I can keep the kids noise down she came up and was very rude and got me very upset that I had to go back inside and have a little cry. If she came up and asked me in a nice way instead of getting up me I would have not been so upset. And I would have been more understanding of the situation.

We stayed for 4 nights in a motel room. The room was comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child. It was cleaned daily to a high standard and we were supplied extra towels daily. Thankyou for making our stay comfortable. We have re booked again. Highly recommended.

My Son flew in to attend airforce work experience, our first night transport & accom option fell through. I called Kellie at the motel and told her my dilemma. She immediately extended & upgraded our booking then provided a brilliant solution to his transport problem. When I arrived just before 6pm she filled a bag with food for breakfast from her own private pantry. Champion!! Can’t recommend the staff highly enough, the house maids are a hoot! Great place to stay

Spent 2 nights here while attending a motor sports event down the road. Hotel rooms were nice and ours had lots of space. All the essentials were there and room was clean and tidy. The grounds in general were being done up so there wasn't a lot to do. Staff were nice and their little shop had very reasonable prices.
