We spent 2 nights here and we're made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Teresa is a diamond, nothing was too much trouble. We had a room at the top of the villa and as we were the only ones there we could use the sitting room part exclusively which was nice. Our room was very clean and...

Only stayed one night. Made to feel very welcome on arrival and everything was just lovely. Theresa was so friendly and chatted away. She came in early as we were doing the walk and it was hot and we wanted to get away early. One of our team was sick and she suggested the person at the pharmacy to see....

Great place to stay with stylish rooms and good breakfast. Welcoming staff and very helpful. We booked ahead which is advisable. Very lovely old villa. Good for people walking the Via Francigana as Gambassi Termi is a main stop

Stayed there with my family in the top floor. The B&B is clean and very pleasant. Sandra the "Inn Keeper" is wonderful. She is ball of energy and speaks enough English to help the guests with any questions. Unfortunately, the top floor doesn't have WiFi connection. Also the air condition did not really cool the rooms and we could not...

Stayed here for two nights while attending a wedding in the area. Stayed in a room on the top floor with a living area in between two rooms. There was also a rooftop balcony that provided amazing views over the surrounding area. The hotel was very clean and quiet, breakfast was the usual meats and bread and the wi-fi connection...

Stayed one night walking the Via Francigena and found this a great B and B. Lovely room on the 1st floor with a nice outlook over the front garden, which is attractively laid out. Spacious shower room, everything has clearly been refurbished reasonably recently and the owner has clearly gone to some trouble to furnish the rooms attractively. Large towels...

Stayed one night walking the Via Francigena. You need to call the owners who then come over to open up for you. Early in the year, so no other guests, which was wonderful as we had the place to ourselves. Lovely room upstairs with a nice view. Their literature advised a mini bar and there was a fridge, but empty...

Friends and I stayed here while walking the via francigena in september. We were given a room on the upper level that was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and a large living area as well. The accomodations while basic, were clean and comfortable. Our room had an adjoining rooftop balcony which over looked the city, but there was also a...

We enjoyed staying in the village and the bed and breakfast was perfectly located. The local flavour was truly a pleasure to experience. It had everything you could want, a couple of bars with terraces, great restaurants and a gelateria. You could buy supplies from local markets and Raluca let us use the kitchen when we wanted to. She managed...

Stayed for 2 nights, on bb basis, usual ham n cheese breakfast could do with adding boiled eggs on request, pots of tea or coffee would also help and access to a kettle in the rooms, very quiet village, local spa, couple of bars, good location to explore further afield, the house is as described in period decor but needs...
