Nice hotel in a good location with excellent parking. I thought it was expensive as the hotel was not busy at all. The shower didn't drain well but the staff took a note when I left. I was the only one having breakfast but the kitchen a waiting staff ecided to has a loud discussion (arguement?) in the bar. Not...

Have stayed at this hotel for about 9 times and have slowly watched it's decline. It is now due for a refurb. The rooms are clean and tidy, but could do with a spruce up. The staff are all very keen, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok, but the breakfast room needs a good clean, as does the cutlery, dishes...

This curious combination of a Victorian resort hotel on the edge of Epping Forest and a modern budget chain has always rather intrigued me. Breaking a long journey to Kent, we decided to finally give this place a try. The large carpark is shared with the busy Brewer's Fayre restaurant and gets surprisingly full, though several spaces are reserved for...

This was our third visit to this Premier Inn which we really like because of its convenient position for visiting London, being within easy walking distance of the station and 30 mins to London. It's also in a beautiful location on the edge of Epping Forest, with lots of great walks and wildlife. The other great advantage is the care...

We were visiting family who live nearby. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. There was a great shower with lots of hot water. Station road is a 5 minutes away by car and has lots of pubs, shops and restaurants. We ate in The Brewer's Fayre the night we arrived and it was...

We stayed at this Premier Inn with other members of our family for one night. The reason for the trip was to attend a funeral. The hotel is ideally situated facing Chingford plains and just outside the town, but within walking distance. Car parking is good. Staff are in general are very efficient and customer focused. Particular mention goes to Beth...

This premier inn is in my old home town. It's location is great for getting a train and ten minutes from the m25. The car park is huge the beds are soooo comfy. The royal forest brewers fayre is just below and the food is good. All with a reasonable price. I'll be back!
