Stayed one night with wife and two daughters. Pellestova is very convenient located both for cross-country skiing and alpine skiing. The first is just outside the hotel were you can choose between numerous tracks and possibilities- all around 1000 meters above sea level. For alpine skiing, you just drive 5 minutes and you have access to the whole Hafjell skiing...

We stopped there now twice for a coffee after some intense nordic skiing and it is just wonderful. Great sunset view through the huge panoramic windows. Coffee and hot chocolate are just great and brought our body temperatures back to normal quickly, together with the fireplace. For food do not miss to walk around the corner, more - and delicious...

We rented a mountain suite for our family with 2 small children and 2 adults. Bed in alcove held not expected standard, could feel every spring! The double bed was very good. Not particularly well soundproofed, you could hear traffic from the hallway. Ok breakfast. Very good service.

The atmosphere in and around Pellestova is truly the best that Norway can offer, when it comes to nature and cross-country skiing facilities. A warm and cozy bar with a magical view of the outside landscape. Restaurant serves Michelin star food and have a wine list that really will impress most off the guest. The rooms are not fancy but...

The Pellestova hotel is situated not far from the Hafjell alpine resort, right at the top of the mountains with a magnificent view towards cross-country heaven! Rooms are fresh and clean, allthough not that spacious. Service is splendid - just smiling and helpful faces all around! Dinner was great as was the bar/lounge with roaring fireplace and a beautiful view...

I visited this lovely place just for a coffee during a cross country ski. The welcome was excellent and the coffee very good. The restaurant looks amazing and from what I observed, customers were very happy. The idea of eating there and / or staying at the hotel is firmly in my mind. I stay at the bottom of the...
