Detailed Reviews
Following a promising site, we decided to book our family holidays at "Luxury Summer Senses".
Five star hotel located on the beautiful island of Paros- Greece
Visiting the hotel site and following clear guidance, it was easy to make the booking according to our needs.
The warm welcome, gave us a strong feeling of safety from Covid-19, as all stuff members used protective face masks all the time and hand sanitizer was present all over the place. Deep breath of self protection !
Accomodation facilities gave us a high level of Luxury and the amazing location on top of a small hill with breathtaking view across the blue sea, takes you to another dimension.
In the following days, we realized we were at the middle of everything as all trendy beaches as well as shopping and night life spots were easily accessible in 10-20 minutes drive .
The highly experienced stuff, is a valuable asset, well trained to foreseen every little detail needed and kindly fulfilled with great pleasure.
They make up a great team and we thank every single one of them for the sense of hospitality.
Rich variety breakfast selection, mainly use local fresh products, served a la carte due to pandemic , until 11:30, allowed us to enjoy the comfortable bed and all the high quality room facilities, giving a home sense .
Lunch by the pool restaurant, offering local and international dishes ready to cover any taste demand.
High class dinner list prepared by michelin chef, provided the Luxury Sense to our palates.
Late drinks and all kinds of cocktails by the pool bar, drove us to Summer senses.
Everything is taken care by a great team ready to offer the real "Luxury Summer Senses"
Our stay in this exceptional hotel, was a great experience and we certainly looking forwards to taste it again for our next year holidays with friends!!!

For anyone considering the Summer Senses bear in mind that Paros is an island that often has wind and the Summer Senses being up quite high gets it fair share of it.
That said the Summer Senses is in an ideal location with a Blue Flag sandy beach a few minutes walk down from the hotel. Most beaches on Paros have beach clubs and this one does too, but it is possible to go to the sandy beach and swim without incurring significant sunbed charges (40 euros for two beds and an umbrella). The beach club also has lunch facilities.
Pisa Livadi is a small town visible from the resort and a short drive from the hotel. It has a range of restaurants covering a broad styles of food. Pisa Livadi is a pretty fishing town with a harbour and a sandy beach.
Summer Senses is a wonderful luxury resort with a large free form saltwater swimming pool, a smaller adult pool, and a large free form childrens pool. There are plenty of sunbeds with robust umbrellas for the number of guests, so there is no stress around or need for sunbed bagging. The pool staff are attentive bringing towels as soon as you arrive at the beds as well as offering you drinks and food by the pools.
Breakfast is a served on a terrace overlooking the sea towards Naxos. It is a buffet. Currently due to covid restrictions all guests have to wear masks and plastic gloves (supplied daily at the entrance to the restaurant) for the buffet. The staff all wear face masks and black plastic gloves whether inside or out.
The range of food at break

Was here 2019 and 2020. I can’t resist cause it’s amazing and has everything I need for proper holidays and rest: starting from always clean, well designed and comfy rooms, going down to delicious food and overall hotel facilities, as well as friendliness of staff who does everything to make you feel a very special guest. I love the fact that any time you come and regardless of the hotel businesses you always get your privacy and space. It’s never overcrowded even when it’s fully packed. I love the fact that you feel quality in everything around you here. Special wow to food and drinks they serve: you get a balanced combination of rich taste with healthy style of cooking. It’s never too heavy or overcooked but always exactly what you really need, add to this a beautiful view over the sea from the top of the hill where the hotel is located, put some nice music on the background, glass of wine, nice breezy weather...and this how you get in heaven I guess. This time also tried out their spa. Cause of COVID restrictions their schedule was tighter than usual but was really touched how the staff was trying to fit me in based on my schedule and preferences. The treatment I tried called “Recovery now”. Felt myself like new born baby after the session. The therapist knew her stuff really good and did the real magic to my body. I can’t recall last time I was able to feel my body so deep relaxed and relieved from the collected tiredness. Great job guys! Next time we are around we are only here!!!

Undoubtedly, this is one of the best places to stay in Paros. The establishment is set like a small village with semi-detached cubic small white buildings over the famous beach of Punda. Located on a hilly slope overlooking Naxos, the island across Paros, the hotel is not exactly on the beach (But you can get there with a club car!) which in this case is not bad at all, as the beach gets too crowded and too noisy during summer -there is a famous beach club close by. Our room had a sea view which was nice. Although a bit small, it was very cosy and up to date with expensive local marble in the bathroom and nice amenities. The same elegance is all around with nice gardens and of course with its pools coming in a lagoon style. Breakfast was great! Delicious and fresh! It was served à la carte because of the pandemic, but we had a very welcome feeling that dishes could be replaced or refilled upon request. Restaurant menu was compact but interesting with some nice wine choices. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to taste their signature dishes as their top restaurant, named HYTRA, was closed at the time (again due to the pandemic). All in all, we were happy that we stayed there and we praised all their anti-pandemic high standards.
P.S. 1 The young lady who welcomed us upon arrival makes a real difference.
P.S. 2 Renting a car is absolutely nessecary if you want to move around on the island. Entering hotel premises by car is a bit uncomfortable as you need to step down to ring their door bell (There are access control bars with no check point.).
P.S. 3 Beware of the children policies. Although not clearly stated as an adults only establishment (on the contrary), this hotel doen't seem to be kids' friendly. Apart from a childrens' pool, there is no other children facility or play room.

We visited the hotel with my wife on June and stayed there for 4 days in a suite with private pool and sea view. The hotel is luxurious in a non pompous, eco friendly way, in harmony with the surrounding area. Walking around in the hotel room especially during or after the sunset created a relaxing yet imposing feeling. The room is very spacious, tastefully decorated, equipped with a very comfortable mattress offering pretty much everything we could expect from a 5 star hotel. My wife was trilled when she found out that all amenities were from well established eco friendly Greek brands and the hair drier was equipped with an accessory for curly hair. The room’s veranda apart from enjoying a nice view of the sea and the village near by offered enough privacy even when using the pool that was bigger than expected. Since the weather during our stay was rainy from time to time we couldn’t visit all the island beaches as planned ( be sure to visit monasteri beach especially when the weather is windy). During those days we stayed at the hotel using the central pool that offers extraordinary view when swimming at the rear. The pool beds (those white round ones) were very very comfortable allowing us to enjoy reading some books or sleeping. The F&B facilities were equally good offering a vast variety of very tasty foods in the main restaurant as well as in the galazia hytra restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the Kritharoto and Buffalo from Serres in the main restaurant and the rib eye in galazia hytra. The personnel was friendly and ready to serve accommodating almost all our requests making us feel “special” receiving personalised services. We just look forward to visit Summer Senses again!!!

What a hotel! What a service!
The level of professionalism is as high as it can come. All the staff working in this hotel are friendly, competent and completely at your service, whether you need a drink, a snack, a towel or a taxi.
At arrival, you get a welcome drink and an extensive explanation of hotel facilities. They make you feel right at home.
The room, a junior suite, is big, clean and nicely decorated. 2 bottles of water are given to you free of charge… every day. It also has all the amnesties you require for a room and even more.
The bed is large and very comfortable.
The hotel is located near Pounda Beach which is easily accessible and where you can have a drink while listening to some summer music.
It’s also close (15min walk) to Paralia where you can have dinner at one of the many restaurants if you don’t want to eat at the hotel’s restaurants (two of them).
However, I recommend eating at the hotel as food is delicious and service is the equivalent of a 1 star Michelin restaurant.
The prices are higher than on mainland but equal to the restaurants you can find in Naousa (20min drive with car or 30 min with bus).
If you want to relax you have the possibility of having a massage. The price is normal for this kind of establishment and the setting of the massage room is excellent (decoration + music).
The fitness area is at your disposal as long as you make a reservation (Thank you Covid-19).
The main machines are available and there’s enough to work-out. However, if you are a fitness boy/girl you might be a bit disappointed.
Conclusion: hotel is expensive but you get the right value in return.
I most definitely recommend this hotel when you are at Paros.

We could not have been more satisfied!
Great location with a beautiful view. As a family of 5 we had 2 very well proportioned, well designed and very functional open plan sea and garden view suites with generous terraces and all the necessary amenities, which all worked perfectly. Everything is pretty much brand-new and equally all of the communal hotel facilities were perfectly functional, beautiful and very well looked after. We were extremely impressed by the overall level of cleanliness and hygiene, which was of particular importance in view of Covid 19. The food was excellent and the pool area is rather large, particularly for Paros. Most impressive however was the service. As a seasoned and regular traveller I have very rarely experienced such friendly, motivated and efficient hospitality. The entire team was amazing!! We will definitely be back and strongly recommend Summer Senses to both couples and families.

Wow we had an amazing week-long stay at summer senses! So many great things to say: The rooms are tastefully decorated and have everything you need. The facilities are great and seem like new with 3 pools although unfortunately couldn’t use the gym and spa due to covid. There’s a lovely restaurant serving up an amazing breakfast and great menu for lunch and dinner. Location is great, nice and quiet but a short walk down to a great beach and not too far to explore local restaurants, 15 minute drive to Naousa which we loved. However the best thing about the hotel is the service from every single member of staff. Everyone gave such a welcoming, friendly and personal service - they honestly made us feel like royalty the whole stay. 5 star experience at reasonable value for money - we can’t wait to return, we will definitely be back!

This was our first trip to Paros and choosing to stay at Summer Senses was the best decision. The location of the hotel is breath taking. Our room was large and very clean. The breakfast was very rich with many savory and sweet options. Very big snacks and delicious cocktails to sip by the pool. The beach is only 3 minutes walking distance with cool, clear water and sandy beach. At Galazia Hytra we had the best dinner. Excellent food and wine and a view of Aegean to remember.
The entire staff was very helpful, discreet and truly made our stay unforgettable. (Special thanks to Angelos, Nektarios, Alexandra and Daniel!)
We're looking forward to coming back next year!

We stayed 3 nights in Summer senses, we had the best experience ever in this paradise. The pool side with 3 swimming pools is simply gorgeous and the view is breathtaking. A 3min walk and you can have an early morning sea swim in a beautiful beach.
The service and the people for room, pool side service, restaurant and reception is impeccable, a true pleasure and a deep care and understanding of the need and desires of the guests. Outstanding performance by all staff.
We felt that the restaurants, breakfast and poolside were almost like our home, as they were never crowded.
Our rooms were the best we have ever experienced, little details are well thought everywhere, we received a call to ask us if everything is great and we had an evening surprise cake delivered to our room. Everything was in marble in the shower and bathroom, the bed quality, pillows etc are also excellent.
The breakfast choices are simply exceptional, fruits selection is amazing and we even had a selection of fruits at our arrival in the room.
Quick notes on ideas of improvements despite the fact that it was already close to perfection and staff performance was brilliant :
We had to wear a mask just to pick up our food in the breakfast buffet, this might be a forced condition by the government or island for hotels shared food areas.
A small investment in a larger gym with more heavy weights and a few more tables to train might be beneficial for Sports oriented guests.
A quick additional detail that could be nice for my next visit : it would be amazing to include more fish, squid, octopus etc on the pool side menu lunch :))
