The hotel sitting at the location where you can walk to the night market and the famous floatting market within 5 min. Staffs were friendly, the room are nice, breakfast was okay.

Only one thing to consider was the bath in the bathroom that when you took a shower and all the water spilled out from it's edge down to the whole bathroom floor. Quite dangerious and very wet for the next person who wished to come in and use

Highly recommend!!! I stayed only one night on the weekend with family. It made me impressive was all staff in the hotel were served with the full service mind.

The room was clean and nice. Especially, the bed is so soft and comfortable. The Hotel also provided a neck-pillow was designed for customers who like to lay down on the bed, with enjoy stay.

This place you can see a sunset and enjoy your drink at the rooftop with a spectacular view of Maeklong river.

In the morning you can give alms to the monks which prepared by the hotel, it's for free.

The hotel location can simply walk 5 minutes to Amphawa floating market is very close.

Stumbled upon this place after deciding last minute to extend our day trip into an overnight trip. Glad we did! The hotel is modern with a quirky, cosy vibe. Our room had a large balcony with a beautiful nature view. The rooftop bar on the 5th floor is lovely, with fantastic cocktails and live music on the weekends. While it's not right on the klong, it is only a couple of minutes walk away, so the location is great, too. The only minor criticism is the breakfast. While there was a great Asian selection, I felt more western options were needed. For example, there was only cheap white bread for toast; no yoghurts, museli, continental meats etc. However, coffee was good and my kids loved the waffles!

Great little boutique hotel to stay that is close by the floating market. It had a very nice roof-top restaurant that served very good thai food at a reasonable price. The breakfast was served on the ground floor and was also very nice. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. This was a great place to stay for an overnight visit outside of Bangkok. I also recommend the massage in the hotel which was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A delight.

One night at Amphawa nanon is good. The place is clean, has super soft bed and locate near floating market (just 2 mins) but take too long time for the food. I think this place is the biggest hotel around floating market.

we wanted a nice and relaxing hotel that located near the floating market and we got it. The hotel was nice and all the staff was friendly and helpful. we were impressed by the decoration and room design.. although we thought that it's a bit expensive, considering that the room was quite small.

Anyway, the room was clean and the washroom was very nice. We love the artificial turf on our the balcony where they put small dining table and chairs. All amenities were good.

the 5th fl. was rooftop with mini bar- but you could bring your own food and enjoyed the view.- they didn't mind.

we didn't expect much from the breakfast, after reading other reviews- some said that the food was not enough for guests. We were, however, surprised to see that they had good hot breakfast with wide selection- and everything was really delicious - very impressive. (we stayed there on weekend.. so it could be different from weekdays)

my recommendations for improvement would be
1: parking lot- it would be nice if they had shade.
2. the rooms were not sound-proof. We were surrounded by families with young children aged between 4-10 years old so it was quite noisy, we heard their running, screaming and fighting all day. (they slept early, though! P: ) We had to talk quietly turn down the TV volume at night because we were afraid that we might disturb them.

overall, I recommend this place-but please note that it is more expensive than other places in this area, which are mostly small homestays. For Thai tourists, you can get the better deal from Travel Expo.

The hotel is located in a very new building.

Pros:
1) Location wise is perfect. Just a short 3-5mins walk to Amphawa floating market. If you go early (7am-7.30am), you will get to see the monks asking for alms. You can then charter a boat to Maeklong (train market) for THB800. Visit the market, see the train coming in, then take a tuk tuk back to the hotel for THB200 around 11am. Quick shower and back to Amphawa floating market to see it come alive. It gets crazy around 3pm-6pm, then dies down around 7pm. A few good restaurants around there. Can't miss it as those tend to be the ones with people in it.
2) Stayed in a suite. Nothing not to like. 2 bedrooms sharing a common hall, and a shower + toilet. Aircond is very good, very clean rooms, wifi excellent, comfortable bed, good water pressure and plenty of power points to charge the gadgets
3) Breakfast is excellent for the taste, price and selection.
4) Spa? Fairly priced and wonderful.
5) A big 7-11 just outside the hotel
6) Small night market along the way to Amphawa. Just before the river. Plenty to buy and eat around there.

Cons:
1) Gets quiet during the night. Nothing much to do at the hotel during the night. On weekends, there is a live band singing at the rooftop bar. Great views, fairly priced and ice cold beer
2) Can be rather busy in front of the hotel as tour groups may gather/ congregate there to wait but should not be an issue.
3) No curtain in the hall to block out the sun during the day/ block out people being to look into the suite at night when the lights are on. There are curtains in the bedrooms to block out both the above by the way.

Amphawa Floating Market is not just the market but an old, charming and beautiful town - beautiful architecture, beautiful way of life. Even for Thai people, we can hardly sense this style from anywhere else.

Ten years ago, there were only long-stay homes and resorts for people to admire.
So, I would say that Amphawa Na Non is among the first hotels that provide full amenities for the travelers yet it is incredibly close to the Floating Market.

What I was impressed the most during my 2 nights stay was its hotel's lively character that remains a touch of antique style. To me, it is "Amphawa" classic experience in a modern and comfortable platform.
The room is new and clean. Bedding is just "Na Non" (meaning Pleasing to sleep). I stayed at a room called "Moonlight Serenade" and it had a portion for a family. My mom and dad were very happy too! :)

If you don't expect too much for a boutique hotel in such an old rural town, this hotel will surely answer you to stay a night or two getting away from the city and have a changing scenery of relaxation.
The staff are friendly and handy.
Spa staff are amazingly good, too. Don't miss!

Amphawa Na Non is absolutely not a luxurious hotel, but a small, charming and warm place to stay observing the canal, classic town. The price is quite fair to me (I booked directly) I will surely come back again.

Tips:
- NO Floating market during Mon to Thur (Except holidays). Come here Fri - Sun.
- You can come to the hotel very easily by the public van - 80 - 120 Baht at BTS Victory Monument. The station is just opposite the hotel!
- Wake up early to witness or offer food to the Monks on the boat.
- Yummy seafood Amphawa Floating Market - prepare your own tissue
- Seek advice from the hotel about local good restaurants, they are plenty!
- Mackerel Fish is the signature food of the province. The served-hot fried one is the best.

Remind
- The hotel doesn't have a lot of TV channels particularly foreign ones.
- Breakfast line on Saturday has more selection than on Friday.
- Don't expect the gorgeous view. It's more about convenience to go to the tourist attractions by walking distance rather than living in the lush eco farm. Yet chilling out on the 4th floor rooftop with a can of beer can just fulfill your night.

stayed here 1 night (couple with 2 children). The location couldn't be better - 2 minutes walk from the floating market. The family room was specious and clean and the decoration was nice.
What are the cons? No big mirror in the toilet, the water flow in the shower was poor and not enough breakfast options for westerns.
