Visited this resort with family and cousins. Had a lot of kids with us. The place is huge, with lots of rooms and villas. Everything is poorly maintained though-- the rooms were really old and dirty, the hallways and rooms had poor lighting, the pools were murky and the water was greenish. Bathrooms were gross too. Everything was rusty and... More

Full of potential but the resort is unmaintained. Pool is greyish they didn't put chlorine with the reason that chlorine is not safe for kids... You'll see molds in the bathroom, rusted ref, A/C needs cleaning - can't reach the desired temperature, we even asked the maintenance to clean the A/C filter full of dust. No front desk available starting... More

This resort has a lot of potential unfortunately it was not properly maintained, seems the management don't dare to check each unit if it pass to their standards. Accomodating Staff - they allow us to have an early check-in; very friendly Resort facilities - poor maintenance and needs improvement. - We stayed at the garden view room, our a/c didn't... More

We visited the place for our company outing. A long travel indeed. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax this is a good place to be. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the beach since the wave is too strong we rather took advantage of the pool. They are offering island hopping activity but we were... More

We were 2 adults & 2 kids in a garden room which was in front of pool. It only has a queen sized bed & we need to pay 850 for extra mattress. The room was not well cleaned. Lamp shade is broken, viranda was dirty, cabinet is heavy (made of logs), window blinds is broken. It was overpriced for... More

The resort has a great landscape but is not well maintained. We rented a duplex house which needs renovation, specially the bath rooms. Pools are dirty i dont even dared to swim, no security guards, theres a lot of dogs and cats roaming around. Food isnt great at all.

The hotel looks old and some rooms needs upgrading, however I didn't mind because I fell in love with the view of the Capones island right across the hotel. The beach is clean and water is clear. The kids enjoyed the kayak by the lake. There are two pools that needs cleaning. Apart from the areas that needs upgrading this... More

Subic Bay is so polluted and unswimmable, you should drive across the peninsula for about an hour to the ocean beaches at Pundaquit. They are beautiful and secluded. Our family really enjoyed our day at Punta de Uian, especially the popular outrigger ride out to the Capones islands for swimming in the clear, turquoise water. We had a good meal... More

My cousins who were having their vacation at that time asked me to take care of our beach getaway. Conditions - it has to be near Pampanga, beautiful and affordable. I was only given a couple of weeks to close it. Luckily, I was able to book in this resort. Transaction went smoothly. Number of pax can be huggled, free... More
