We were made welcome from the minute we arrived. Wonderful place, wonderful hosts! Rooms, friendliness of hosts, breakfast, facilities, nothing was too much trouble - all amazing. Will definitely return again.

This was a fantastic hotel and very good value. Was in an excellent location in Morpeth. Room was lovely and very comfortable and the included breakfast was delicious. Proprietors were very friendly and chatty. Great attention to detail and very clean.
