We loved this B&B. Great location with beautiful grounds and garden. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the best part was the hospitality. Henk gave us great advice on everything we needed to know, and has a great sense of humor. We would definitely return here on my next trip.

Rosedale B&B in the Hunter Valley is a great B&B. It only has 3 rooms so its not overcrowded. Hosts Pip and Henk welcome you on arrival and nothing is a trouble to them. The property is beautiful with gorgeous gardens including a great herb garden. The breakfasts were delicious and we had a memorable weekend. Its close to a...

We stayed the weekend and did a wine tour with Hunter Valley Cadillac, and it was great. It's a nice set up for a B&B, with the guest rooms very separated from the owners' section of the house. We were in room three, which was big and clean with a comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious, too. Hank is a...

We had a fantastic stay in this B&B. The hosts were wonderful, they recommended some great wineries to visit. As for our room, we had our own entrance, and a very nice bed and spacious bathroom. The B&B is off the road in a little hidden area which blocks off the sound of the road passing by, and at the...

Stumbled upon this little gem through bookings.com where it is justfully highly appreciated for the good value for money. We are on a long trip and this place really was a home away from home, which was especially nice as we stayed here during Christmas. Hosts Henk and Pip put as much care and attention in to their guests as...

Our first experience at a B &B and it was fantastic! So welcoming it felt like home. The accomodations, excellent. The grounds, beautiful. Our hosts, magnificent! We went there to visit the Hunter Valley vineyards and we so pleased at the Rosedale's proximity to them. We were able to visit 6 in one day! Shannon and Nestor (Canada)

We were completely blown away by Pip & Henk's set up. Far enough from Cessnock to be nice and quiet but close enough to everything else, the location is slap bang in the middle of all the vineyards. The rooms - a squeaky clean modern take on lovely Victorian cottages. The food - Pip's cooking is awesome; fresh & hot...

I have stayed a Rosedale Bed & Breakfast 5 times now and each time it gets better and better. Pip and Henk are so welcoming and the accommodation is second to none. “All the rooms were well situated, room 3 where we stayed was the least overlooked by anyone approaching the main door however I believe 1 and 2 have double doors that open outwards onto the veranda, this is ideal if you plan to come back late as you can go in directly avoiding the main hallway.”
