If you are looking for a resort don't stay here. This is 2 star cabin style accommodation which is in a state of disrepair. It was fine enough to lay your head down for the night but here are some of the issues: * worn deck with protruding rusty nails * stained unclean carpets * cobwebs inside the rooms *...

This 'resort' is completely misleading, none of the facilities listed on the website are available or even visible on the property. The website is amazing, however you will be highly disappointed upon arrival - the hotel grounds feel as though the 'resort' is abandoned, the tables and chairs on the lawn were all turned up side down or broken. Upon...

Paid $380 per night for a 2 bedroom "villa" more like cabin in the woods. No privacy in the rooms as the walls didn't fully close. We walked in and the place stunk of mothballs. There was a wasp in the room that we had to kill ourselves. Towels were dirty and stunk of mothballs. Long life milk in the...

When we arrived to the place we were expecting to see all the facilities listed on the website.. such as a playground, inflatable dome, a maze, pool , spa.. but we only found run down play equipment located in the middle of some bush.. a pool which was filthy and a spa that didn't work.. When entering into our 'villa'...

No manager or staff on site. Rubbish everywhere. No shower pressure. No good at all. The photos on the website do not reflect reality. We couldn't wait to escape! Save yourself the money and stay in a hostel.

I would have given a negative star if there is one. Definitely not worth the premium price that we paid for. The property is run down, cafe is never open, the facilities which are publicized on the website are not in sight. Spiders and insects are found on bed and pillows. Every morning, my boy has new insect bites.

I wish I could give this place a 0 rating. DO NOT STAY HERE! My friend and I booked in to stay for a one night stay over a weekend in June. When looking at their website, the retreat looks beautiful. However, when we arrived the entire place looked like it was about to collapse and was filthy. The room...

The room was everything we wanted, a little kitchenette, a big bed, clean, very cottage kind of feel, however, the resort advertised many activities on their website that was not offered. The pool and spa was green and completely unusable, wifi was free but very unreliable, the property was run down, my boyfriend and I were relying on the bike...

We booked very last minute for the long weekend. Not worth the money. After being out all day you would expect the basics to work. No outdoor lighting. TV and DVD not working. Don't stay here. Cafe wasn't open and no sign of a manager onsite. While there were basic tea and coffee provisions, there was no milk which was...

This place doesn't look like the website at all. For the money paid, nearly $600 for 1 night for a 2 bedroom I expected a lot more. The pool and spa are not in use. No privacy in a 2 bedroom cabin where the bedroom walls don't meet the ceiling. Great views but a bunch of dead insects on the...
