We visited Adina to taste wine and olives without even knowing they also offer accommodation (when we also discovered they offer impressive discounts on wines and olives if you stay in one of their cabins). We liked their wines, especially their chardy and the tempranillo. They also have a bit of cab franc in some of their blends, which we found a real treat too. Their olives also passed our test, these introduced by a lad of about 16 years. As well as being enthusiastic, he knew his olives. We bought bottles of Orange & Thyme Olives and also Citrus & Fennel olives. Yum.

We visited the Cellar Door during a weekend at the Hunter and were very impressed with Adina wines and olives. The parking was very easy, the actual cellar door was clean and airy and very inviting.
The gentleman serving was very friendly and informative. We will definitely be back!

Great location at Lovedale in the Hunter Valley. Accommodation in one of the lodges was excellent. All pretty modern and well appointed with our lodge rooms (3) each having a separate bathroom including one that’s adapted. Kitchen facilities were really good however I think Adina missed a trick by not including a complimentary bottle of wine which would have been a nice touch., that said there was olive oil. We stayed early week so the restaurant wasn’t open but there is the Mockingbird just across the road if you want something for lunch. Given the late season, dinner options are limited but if you’re spending all day on wine and cheese then that’s not really an issue. A few of the party also used the spa and the massages were very good so that’s also another selling point. Overall, good location with lovely views over the olive grove and vineyard and very modern lodges.

We were placed in Pepper tree Villa. Please note, do not rely on their WIFI, as connection is poor, non existent at times. Management played the “well no one else has had that problem” Yes sure.
You will also need to bring your own DVD player / DVDs if you want to watch anything other than free to air TV.
The gas BBQ has no utensils (tongs / spatula)
One of the bins in the bathrooms had the previous occupants rubbish on arrival.
Also request that you are not disturbed by ride on mower cutting grass just before 7am. When he has acres to cut elsewhere & was obviously km away at 9am.
On a good note, the villa had lovely views, gas log fire great, and reasonably quiet considering Lovedale road traffic.

This is a quiet and comfortable retreat with an “in the country” feel.
We liked the vineyard and olive grove views. The gas heater was cosy in the cold mornings and nights.
The bathrooms are due for an update, but the lodge was clean and cared for.

If you are looking for luxury and relaxation, this is the place. With only 3 villas on the property, privacy and peace and quiet are easily achieved. Good amenities in the villas, with a wonderful outlook. Great location in the Hunter Valley. Plenty of space for a family vacation, or in our case, a couples retreat. Cosy gas fireplace for the winter and Air conditioning for the summer. Just 20 metres to the Adina tasting with the very friendly staff at the cellars. Good restaurant on the property as well.
Looking forward to returning.

What a great place to stay. We were here for two nights. Stayed in Paper Bark Lodge, Spacious and comfortable. We had one bedroom, but for a larger group, there were two other bedrooms. Not sure if there would be extra bathrooms, as the area was locked to us. Kitchen, lounge, outside deck all had seating for 6. Kitchen had full sized fridge, oven & microwave. Really private and quiet.

Stopped in the Hunter Valley unexpectedly and came across Adina vineyards. The atmosphere was wonderful and restaurant was outstanding. The food was superb as a selection of starters with incredibly good wine. Would highly recommend it if passing by and wanting a quick taste of the Hunter. The accomodation looks wonderful also. Great tasting opportunities to boot!

Terrible service and care from employees.
Our son tripped and hit head on their entry door, and they literally turned the other way. Had to ask for first aid, the incident report.
One employee said "Yeah I saw the whole thing, it was bad", yet didn't bother to apply any first aid.
Absolute disgusting lack of care.
