#9 of 18 Speciality lodging in Lovedale
Enjoy your Hunter Valley getaway at Emma's Cottage Vineyard. Stay in one of our two bedroom cottages, three bedroom cottage or four bedroom cottage all set overlooking our boutique vineyard in Lovedale. Sit and watch the sunrise or sunset over the vines. Wander in the peaceful garden where the only things to disturb the tranquillity are the morning calls of birds, with the occasional sounds and excited voices from a hot air balloon as it floats over. There is lots of wildlife: kangaroos, water birds, parrots, and many others. Come chat to us whilst we tend our vines - learn more about our varieties and growing grapes in the Hunter. Join us in the cellar door for a tasting of our hand-picked premium award winning wines. Come and share the peace that this special place brings.

We booked all the cabins for our family weekend. It was great to have the house and all the cottages but yet have our own individual space. It is the most relaxing setting and being in the middle of the vines was just beautiful. We loved the gallery and the cellar door and Therese was a great host.

Fabulous place to stay with a group. We were a group of 9 and booked 2 cottages. Great value for our group, centrally located, beautiful location. The 3 bedroom cottage had a wonderful deck that we enjoyed as did the 2 bedroom cottage. Loved being situated in a vineyard, and enjoyed the local fauna. I would definitely return again with even a larger group. Emma’s cottages are also very centrally located, you could hit a number wineries within a 5 minute drive. The hosts were approachable and were easy to contact and responsive to any queries. Everything provided to self cater (bbq, fridge, stove top, oven, utensils) but within spitting distance of a number of fine restaurants.

Every year for one weekend we catch up with three other couples. This year we went to Emma’s Cottage and weren’t disappointed. The accommodation was lovely, everything we needed. We were close by to Restaurant’s, Wineries etc. Our host Therese was very friendly and helpful. One of the reasons we chose Emma’s Cottage was we love the personal touches you receive when the host’s are nearby and on hand to advice local knowledge😊

What a delightful way to start and end the Lovedale long lunch 2019- a morning start on the shuttle where staff were informative and friendly . Our hosts of Emma cottage are certainly friendly and knowledgeable of the Lovedale proceedings , with a few changes in RSA responsibilities as the licensing police normally determine we knew what to expect and caused no problems for our group of 8 ranging in age - We managed to eat at every winery we visited and no one was disappointed in their meals - A few of the ladies saved their last main to sample the curry at Emma’s and were glad they did . We tried some new wines for us at Emma’s the Semillion Verdello and Semillion - very nice We were very lucky to get accommodation at the last moments and I would recommend staying in this gorgeous part of the hunter at anytime . The cottages are lovely well maintained ,with a beautiful outlook. We will be back thank you

This was a last-minute booking as a nearby provider cancelled our booking at 7.30pm, but Therese went out of her way to accomodate our family of 6. We arrived at 8.30pm with 3 exhausted children and a screaming baby, but Therese had the heater running, the cot set-up and milk, juice, fruit and biscuits ready to help calm the children into bed. The cottage was immaculate, the beds were extremely comfortable and the outlook in the morning was beautiful. Thank you so much to Emma’s Cottages for coming to our rescue.
