This hotel is amazing. You can't believe that right in the middle of Creel you could sleep in a cabin. The room and lobby are beautiful. Comfy beds, friendly staff, good breakfast. Wifi is bad, so just don't count on that. But if you come here to relax this is the place to stay

We were touring copper canyon. Booked tru Copper Canyon Adventures (Les). CCA booked us (3 couples) 3 rooms at the Best Western. Very pleasant surprise, best hotel facilities of our entire trip. The log cabin theme of the rooms was great, good space, good shower and the only place with facecloth supplied. The stove heater worked wonderfully, beds very comfotable....

We were disappointed with this hotel, the most expensive of our stay. It is some way from the bus and train stations, although an easy walk without suitcases. The lounge is interestingly decorated but really a bit silly. The room was fine, except the information said 2 king beds and there were only one (not that we needed 2, but...

We are a hotel with actions in favor of nature, And our heating system are gas fireplaces with ceramic trunk, made by Menonitas of the region. So our guests do not have to worry about stoking the stove So they are "real" gas heaters, and easy to control each one their temperature with its individual thermostat. This is one of...

Sadly, the first thing the visitor encounters in the hotel lobby is a large collection of dead, stuffed animals hanging from the walls. Otherwise, the lobby is pleasant, with a large fireplace and high ceilings. Rooms are fine and comfortable, bathrooms are all right and well appointed. Free wi-fi works well, TV has a large selection of channels. The biggest...

We obviously had one of the newer remodeled rooms. Beautifully decorated with a log cabin décor. Pine 4 poster king bed, new large screen TV, cozy fireplace, large deck with swing. Nice bedding and towels. We could not have asked for better in this town. We enjoyed "blue margaritas" and pizza in the bar. Great breakfast! Hotel Manager was amazing...

We were here overnight on the way to the Copper Canyon. Simple large clean room, ours was upstairs. Imitation wood burner stove, gas fired, kept room warm in very cold weather. Carbon monoxide alarms fitted in bedroom Large restaurant and bar area. We arrived late and decided to have the pizza which was very good. This hotel is styled rather...

For some reason, the front desk personnel tried its best to NOT give us a remodeled room, it's as if they hold them for higher paying guests. It took me more than 45 minutes of arguing! I only found out because we had a reservation for 2 rooms that needed to be close to each other. Service was below expectations...

Best Western was welcomed because it has clean spacious rooms , lots of log-cabin feel, a huge restaurant area , a huge bar area and an artisanal pizza area. Easy walk to the town center . Water was hot and water pressure good . Rooms have coffee maker and bottled water . Bundle up....it can get chilly .

The Best Western is located perfectly at the end of the tourist section of town. Room are quite comfortable and the breakfast was great. Eggs any way you want - make sure you ask if you do not see what you want. Helpful staff and front desk staff spoke perfect English.
