We used a company ("Untouchedthailand") that had great reviews on trip advisor. We were not disappointed! We were picked up at our hotel by Pukky and her husband! English was great , we customized to tour as it was just the 2 of us! The waterfalls , trekking though the park ( highest point in Thailand!) , lunch and a...

This walk had stunning views! Well worth the visit. We had a guide but he didn't seem to say anything different from the little boards placed all around. We would probably just get one of the buses up and walks the straight route ourselves if we were to do it again. It's not as cold as everyone kept on warning,...

Booked a day tour from Chiangmai to Doi Inthanon National Park. I couldn't say the tour operator I chose was good as the guide was a bit lazy that not walking with us most of the time. The guide for the 2 hours trekking was nice but she didn't speak any English at all which I booked an English tour....

The royal pagodas and their gardens were stunning! It's really cold up there though (6 degrees) and visibility wasn't very good today. There are a couple of waterfalls in the national park which are worthwhile seeing. The coffee tribe aspect wasn't very good but you get to see the agriculture and farm animals running around the small village. I got...

We hired a van to bring our group of 9 to the national park. The journey was long. It was cool up there which was really great since the Chiang Mai city was rather hot even in November. We then went on to do the Kew Mae Pan Nature Trail, a 3 km 2 hour trek. That was really enjoyable....

We went to the Kew Mae Pan Nature Trail. The hike took around 2 hours but wasn't difficult. Nice ambience in the cloud forest. There are signs with information about cloud forest as an ecosystem. Amazing panoramic view on the top, remember to keep warm especially in early morning.

We booked this tour through Touch Chiang Mai (CM221). However, this tour was consolidated with other tours and made up our group tour of approximately 13 people. The tour guide explain this all to us up front. The trip consisted of visiting beautiful waterfalls, a village, the highest point in Thailand, and the Doi Inthanon National Park. Driving through the...

The Doi Inthanon national park has the highest mountain in thailand, that is 2565 meter high, and has a few waterfalls that can be visited. The summit is easily accesible with the car/motorbike, but in my opinion visiting the summit is not worth the 9 km drive. The summit is not really a peak from where one can have a...
