I was in Pugwash for a friend's wedding. The hosts were very accommodating when I arrived. The breakfast was fantastic! I would recommend this to anyone staying in Pugwash. Very cozy atmosphere as well 😄 Will hopefully be back someday!

A delightful small B&B. The proprietors also operate a restaurant in the building - the food in the restaurant is excellent and very reasonably priced. Very pleasant, quiet, clean, comfortable. Highly recommended.

We spent one night at the Inn the Elms. I have to say that the photos do not do it justice. We had a lovely quaint room with an ensuite which was very comfortable and pretty especially because of the 2 handmade quilts, created by Jackie the owner. Breakfast was luscious with unique choices. We would highly recommend staying here...

My husband and I stopped for lunch while touring along the Sunrise Trail. We enjoyed a delicious bowl of homemade soup accompanied by delightful quiche and hearty fish cakes. The inn is very inviting and relaxed and the service was friendly and pleasant.

It is one thing to produce an outstanding meal, but Paul does so consistently. We have returned many times and have always been delighted. The simple, yet elegant presentation makes Inn the Elms a must place to experience. We have become regulars for lunch.

almost enchanting...so unique and like going back to another time... And that cranberry cheesecake was the best ever. The "Nest" room allowed me to recover from a red-eye flight the night before - even with the festive diners below - it was absolutely quiet and restful.
