Rooms at the Lodge were excellent value and so clean. Sandra and Stewart work tirelessly to maintain High standard. Highly recommended. Graham. room 12 26 May 21 There were 23 in our convoy of 4wd and motorbikes and all reported very favourably on The Lodge accommodation and high standard of cleanliness. Thank you Sandra and Stewart.

We stayed in a cabin for three nights. Whilst the cabin was old it was comfortable and had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived the team couldn't do enough for us. The receptionist provided a very warm welcome and the grounds keeper/s went above and beyond. Thank you for enhancing our Birdsville experience.

Our car broke down as we were fixing it they stood over us and said it’s 10 o’clock why aren’t you out witch at that point the car would not even start, we were there were 3 people out of 500 sites why a joke. Staff are rude and unfriendly not you won’t to see after doing or going on the Birdsville track, would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away

Pretty rude staff. Fairly rocky camping areas, (not much effort to improve) though I had a good swag. $20 to pitch a swag and a shower. Shower was nice though. $6.50 for non campers. THey had cabins but "only clean a few a day due to staff" They were full. Unmmm. Hire someone and clean them and make money? Shows poor business skills with unhelpful staff. Can't leave your pet unattended in your swag on non hot non cold time well away from others. It was not crowded. It is common, but really? They made a big deal on this.

We booked months in advance for 3 tent sites together, on arrival we were given sites totally unsuitable for tents. However we were relocated and were able to make the area work for us. The amenities are great, piping hot showers, heaven after days driving from South Australia. The camp Kitchen was clean and very well equipped, the position of the park was close to everything. Most enjoyable stay.
