The hotel is good, but to access to the rooms you need to go upstairs with all your luggage. The restaurant is good, but the food is a little bit expensive. The pool area is really good, where you can stay and rest. The bedroom was clean and organized, with a lot of space.

Very professional in their execution, we had a review meeting plus a lunch and Dinner meeting with invited guests (70 in total, approx) - it was great, no surprises and everything ran smoothly. Staff was friendly, attentive and sorted any needs/requests we had. Rooms were pleasant and just what was needed. For a quick breakfast we had the "Salt fish...

I have stayed here a couple of times. My first impression on arriving, was how different the place looked from the photos on the website. The rooms are pretty good and well taken care of, but the hotel amenities are a bit deceiving compared to the photos. There was very little variety with the breakfast. Anything additional you would have...

Arrived at the hotel at approximately 12:20pm(their check in is at 1pm)was allowed to check in early because the room was ready(no additional cost). Noted observation of the compound is that it is very clean and well put together. My room looked even better than the pictures I saw on the website, all amenities included that were stated on website...

Good customer service. The room was clean and functional. Bathroom layout could be a little better for our room (soap dish wa on other side of the shower). Hairdryer worked well. Did not eat at restaurant, but bartender was friendly and we had good drinks. Prettier than on the website. Pool appeared to be well maintained, unfortunately our stay was...

It is a traditional hotel with some lovely aspects. The foyer ,dining area and bar are lovely . You can eat in the open air at pretty tables, all nicely decorated . The food...

We went with a group of 40+ people. Our rooms were not ready upon arrival. The rooms are dated but comfortable. We got a family room that was pretty spacious. Bathrooms are also good size but hot water runs out during shower. Hotel staff was polite. Due to the nature of our trip we did not have high expectations so...

It's an okay hotel in San Fernando and probably the most convenient place to stay if you need to travel around the Southern area. There are food choices at the hotel restaurant and nearby (within 5 mins walking) KFC, ice cream, local dishes, quick shoppes, pharmacies, etc. Nothing much to do at the hotel. I would recommend for business but...

I booked this hotel as a suggestion from a friend and as they are not many options in San Fernando so I stayed there. Is a nice classic property and rooms are ok, nothing great but good AC and hot water. Continental breakfast included in price but I found it a bit pricy for what you get, don't forget Trinidad...
