Spent four nights at this very quiet and luxurious hotel, which is about 100m from the main hotel. Large, well appointed rooms. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Only issue was heating, if turned on, it became very warm in the room, with no possibility to regulate tmeperature.

We stayed in one of the suites comprising of a living/dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms for two weeks in the summer. The suite is a missed opportunity to attract families. The living/dining area is huge and could have easily accommodated a kitchen which would make it more practical. As it is take away food is forbidden (contrary to...

This is the "guest" house of the main building hotel. Kifisia is a suburb of Athens where the rich people live in Athens according to my friend that lives in Greece. This specific hotel is really luxurious. Parking is inside the building and your car gets in the elevator. Tip for the car back it up in the elevator, getting...

I was travelling to Athens on business and was recommended to stay in the beautifully leafy suburb of Kifisia. The Theoxenia House Hotel offered a business suite at a fantastic rate and I was astonished at the facilties on offer. The business suite was unlike no other place I had stayed before - with the en suite room having the...

Very good boutique hotel. Clean and spacious rooms with separate bath. This hotel has old world charm located on a tree lined street within walking distance of many nice cafes, restaurants and shops. The park just across from the hotel is lovely for a walk as are many of the surrounding streets. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

In a short business trip to Athens I visited this hotel and I was very satisfied about the service, cleanness, comfort of the room and the quality of the restaurant and bar. The location is also very nice, in front of a park and close to several restaurant and discos.

The room is a suite so the size is perfect. There are two toiletries and this is the smartest thing I ever seen and I always dream for. The sofas need some dry clean because they had some stains. The heat was perfect. The mattress was very firm for me . Overall I suggest this hotel to people visiting the...

This hotel is situated next to a small park in Kifisia, within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The staff are most helpful, polite and friendly. The rooms are spacious and provide everything you would expect. The outdoor pool in the summer is a real bonus in the city. During the hot summer months this is an ideal place...

This all suite hotel is very luxurious and gives you the impression of a boutique hotel. The staff at the reception are friendly and welcoming. Our suite was immaculate with very elegant furniture and drapes. Most of the facilities are in the main building a short walk away. Wifi was free and there was even an Internet PC to use...

My family and I have never felt uncomfortable staying in a hotel until we stayed at the Theoxenia House. We felt that we were being watched every time we came into our room. The staff would heckle us day in and day out. Not accommodating at all! Whenever we left at night, the staff (not the cleaning staff), would go...
