Another fantastic stay at Coco Reef, food fantastic, staff fantastic, M. Feniet his usual self!! Seriously the man's attention to detail and awareness of everything that is going on at the hotel is quite outstanding. Once again I advise people reading reviews to take a step back and consider the most common complaints. A bit dated, bit of painting needed,...

I stayed at this hotel one day but the concierge were so friendly and accommodating . Rooms were clean. I felt safe on that resort and loved the fact that they have their own private beach. Wish I had more time to enjoy the resort

Hotel on the shore of the Caribbean, about 100 rooms, many ocean view. The best in Tobago but fading. According to other tourists all the other hotels were fading as well. We paid about £550 ($660) a day for 2 people for an Ocean view standard room all inclusive in high season. The food quality was excellent the drink (wine) quality...

I did the day pass with my partner and sister for my birthday. The day pass for TTD480 didn't seem to be unreasonable as it included non-premium alcohol. The fruit punch was lovely- made from fresh juice. Towels were available from reception which was a bit of a trek from the beach area. The staff are quite pleasant and there...

To start with, as stated, it is some 15+ years since we visited this hotel so we were interested to see what was different. Now, I don't know if this is good or bad, but nothing really has changed! The structure is the same, the rooms are the same as was the beach area. Was it a good holiday? Yes...

Not long returned from yet another fabulous holiday at Coco Reef. For us it is like going home, they have seen my little boy growing up and he loves it there. The food is fabulous, if you need to tweak anything on the menu, if they can they certainly will. The customer service throughout the hotel is fantastic, from the...

Well, for those who cant be bothered to read the whole review, the answer is......YES! Having visited in 2015 and had a great experience, my wife and I returned with our not so young kids in Dec 2016. Eric and his team made our stay very memorable it felt like a real homecoming! My first impression was "wow', but after a close look the cracks and blemishes are very noticeable. Our room seemed to have been painted recently, but no one took the time to clean the floor of paint spots. It made the floor look and feel dirty which it was not. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend, just...

While I still have to admit that the place is still a bit dated, the service is excellent with the staff been very good and very clean. The Manager is very polite and will go out of his way to have a chat with you to ensure all is OK. The Island was very quiet this time around with no...

The staff are excellent, the rooms adequate but needing investment but the hotel is showing its age. It needs a new injection of capital and interest; and why have two restaurants that serve the same menu? We enjoyed our stay, but it could have been so much better!!
