We last visited the Coco Reef eight years ago, and enjoyed our time there. This time was different. Whilst the majority of staff are efficient and friendly, the housekeeping left much to be desired. We asked three times over two days for extra pillows. The bed linen and towels were an off-grey colour, and often an item was missing, which...

We have just returned from what turns out to be our sixth all-inclusive visit to this hotel. We had not stayed at the Coco Reef (or anywhere) for over a year but we were welcomed as old friends by all the staff. Eric Feniet, the director/manager, and his team did everything they could to make us feel at home, to...

Our first stay at Coco Reef ( All Inclusive) and in spite of the various negative reports ( they must have all been staying in a different hotel! ) , we found it just the ticket - the staff , food , wine and surroundings were just fabulous led by Eric Feniet who is/was the most 'hands on' Manager that...

Just returned from a two week stay at Coco Reef. So pleased we didn't take much notice of those negative reports. Eric and his staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. We went all inclusive which was well worth it. The wines and cocktails were excellent and the food was interesting and imaginative (e.g. Teriaky Grove porkloin entertained...

My husband and I have been here 4 times over the past 10 years and wish we could afford to go more. I love the relaxed atmosphere of this place. I love the private beach and the lagoon where you can feed the beautiful fish, the food is great and the staff very attentive. We also love Cafe Coco round...

Another fantastic stay at Coco Reef, food fantastic, staff fantastic, M. Feniet his usual self!! Seriously the man's attention to detail and awareness of everything that is going on at the hotel is quite outstanding. Once again I advise people reading reviews to take a step back and consider the most common complaints. A bit dated, bit of painting needed,...

I stayed at this hotel one day but the concierge were so friendly and accommodating . Rooms were clean. I felt safe on that resort and loved the fact that they have their own private beach. Wish I had more time to enjoy the resort

Hotel on the shore of the Caribbean, about 100 rooms, many ocean view. The best in Tobago but fading. According to other tourists all the other hotels were fading as well. We paid about £550 ($660) a day for 2 people for an Ocean view standard room all inclusive in high season. The food quality was excellent the drink (wine) quality...

I did the day pass with my partner and sister for my birthday. The day pass for TTD480 didn't seem to be unreasonable as it included non-premium alcohol. The fruit punch was lovely- made from fresh juice. Towels were available from reception which was a bit of a trek from the beach area. The staff are quite pleasant and there...

To start with, as stated, it is some 15+ years since we visited this hotel so we were interested to see what was different. Now, I don't know if this is good or bad, but nothing really has changed! The structure is the same, the rooms are the same as was the beach area. Was it a good holiday? Yes...
