The seasons is clean but seems to have aged and requires an upgrade. The rooms are spacious, we stayed in the deluxe/executive which was fully carpeted. Bed was big with comfy springy mattress. The shower we clean with sufficient hot water. Breakfast was okay with varied choices from fruit, juice, cereals, eggs, sausages etc. Would give it 3 stars

We stayed here for one night as working in Narok. My room and bathroom were huge, wifi worked well and I had a very good nights sleep here. the rooms are a bit dated but mine was comfortable and clean and I had a hot shower in the morning. The breakfast buffet was fine too.

very very far from the description of the owner: "Narok's reigning luxury hotel"- as it is on the way to masai mara- it should be closer to their standards than to a local motel. the rooms are tiny- there are no lifts, there is hot water but with a weird contraption with electrical cables (as part of the shower head!!!)...

I've stayed at this hotel several times, each in different rooms. Some of the rooms were comfortable, but some were very small. It is a clean hotel, which seems to be trying to improve all the time. It is close to town.

This is a below average hotel by Kenyan tourist hotel standards but is constantly improving. As compared to when I first visited it about ten years ago, the hotel is much cleaner but is still far from what may be termed “ average”. Spending a night here on the way to somewhere else can be recommended. At lunch time, their...

Very friendly helpful staff. Nice restaurant and pool. Rooms quite basic but are clean. Pretty courtyard. Food also quite good. Noisy road out front but that was to be expected. Overall very good for this area. Staff are the highlight.

Very poor service at all levels. Rude reception and restaurant staff. very small, dark, old room. The TV was far up. It was switched on by the watchman and I couldn't adjust channels or volume. I left it on when checking out. Extremely small bathroom with toilet. Disappointing!

En route to the Mara I pre-booked a night here. Got the key, saw the room and fled with my luggage. Never mind the cost, it was time to move on. Such a depressing, dilapidated, shoddy, worn room, possibly last redecorated in the 1970's. Considering Narok is a large town there are surprisingly few decent place s to stay there....

Stayed here for one night enroute to Nairobi. The hotel was surprisingly basic even though it is in a town that is the next stop from Mara.We had a la carte dinner.Nothing fancy.Sleep quality was good but in the early hours of morning we were woken up by loud banging of metal cooking utensils. The kitchen is close to some rooms!

Five of us called in for lunch en route from the Masai Mara to Nairobi. Lunch is served buffet style with very little selection. The only starter was soup and there was enough for two portions. We were told it would be refilled. The main course was beef, or fish which resembled rocks and was inedible. The beef was finished...
