Maji Moto was our last stop after about 5 weeks in Africa, and though we hated to leave at the end, it was the perfect note on which to go home. We had such a fantastic time there and we would highly recommend anyone considering...More
A three-night stay at Maji Moto Maasai Cultural Camp was the only non-wildlife-focused stop on our two-week Kenyan vacation, and it was the high point of the trip. Truly a privilege and a life-changing experience. Our Maasai hosts, Salaton and his staff, family, and friends,...More
I had the privilege of staying at Maji Moto Maasai Cultural Camp for 3 nights. The accommodation is simple and magical. There was a wonderful warm welcome and the staff were very attentive. But of course the best was to meet Salaton Ole Ntutu who...More

Happy to hear you will be visiting Maji Moto soon. For Malaria medicine, it's best to contact your doctor to be sure you have all immunizations that you need, which they will look up online and make sure you are fully covered for all of the areas you will visit. But we usually recommend that people do use the malaria medicine, since you'll be traveling to different areas where it's hard to know exactly where risk areas begin and end. Best to be safe.
For your 3 night stay, please contact us as I don't see your name on our books, and other camps have used the same name as ours, without being the same cultural camp as ours, so you want to be sure you're coming to the right place (majimotomaasaiculturalcamp web address). It may be that your reservation is showing under a different name, so please contact us and we'll be ready to welcome you. Ashe oleng (many thanks in Maasai language)
