We have used this budget hotel multiple times after our stay in Disneyland Paris. Rooms are small but comfortable, but not very clean. Mold in the window sills and bathrooms that have not been properly cleaned. Cleaning service enters the room without knocking. When sleeping in the 3 person bedroom the third bed is not made. So near midnight I was sitting on the bunkbed trying to make the bed whilst already very tired. This shouldn't be necessary as they know how many people will be utilizing the room in advance. Breakfast is very good with enough options to choose from. Cheese, yoghurt, nutella, marmelade, etc. Staff at desk didn't speak English, only French. Use this budget hotel when you want a cheap way to spend the night close to Disneyland Paris.

Having stayed in 7 other hotels in the Disney area I can say this is one we will certainly not be returning to! Pros - just a short drive from Disney (15-20mins).... and that’s pretty much it!!! The room is basic, and having never stayed in a 2 star we knew we were in for a shock, but... no carpet? The bed isn’t made for the child? This is not ideal when you arrive at 11.30pm after a 12 hour+ day in Disneyland. There are no bath towels, but a couple of hand towels. Very awkward after a shower. The room wasn’t even that clean, with some cobwebs and suspicious looking hairs. Sleep was not restful on the one square (cushion sized) pillow and no duvet, just a thin sheet. Considering all this, I probably would have rated the hotel as 3/average, as I realise you have to pay for quality... however on our second night when we stumbled up to the 2nd floor of the 2nd building with 3 young children at 11.30pm to find our key cards didn’t work things went from bad to worse. We went back down to reception where we were told we had only booked for one night. Cue crying children as we ask where our belonging were and were not given a straight answer! We were asked for our receipt, which we explained was (hopefully!!!) still in our room with our belongings. Nope, we have no booking for you tonight. We showed him the email confirmation that stated 2 nights - nope still not enough! One child at this point is getting very over emotional as she’s panicking her favourite teddies have been taken. I asked if our belongings were in the room or were other people now in there? Again - ‘you are not booked in tonight!’ After much to-ing and fro-ing he agreed to let us up to the room to check the belongings and find the receipt. Back up to the second floor in the second building and then back down again to him, taking one crying child to check her teddies were safe. Thankfully they were! But we still, apparently, had no booking. We travel regularly and all over the world, but have never found a hotel that have locked us out from our own belongings. It’s bad enough there’s not even a safe to keep any valuables in! So who knows what would have happened to our things. We eventually paid (again?) and were upstairs where the children fell asleep as soon as their heads lay on their unmade beds! Would I stay here again? No way! Would I ever give a 2* hotel another chance? Not a hope! It’s true what they say... if you want quality you have to pay for it!

A very basic but clean hotel. Absolutely no frills. Good breakfast and excellent location. Friendly staff but on our last day we asked for assistance with a taxi and got conned into paying €€€ for something that could have been reached for far less € or even by bus. Pity..

I had some problems booking this Ibis through their website as there seems to be at least 5 Ibis hotels all called Marne La Vallee somewhere in their title. I managed to book one near Disneyworld (not that we were going there but it was convenient) but realised when they started sending me emails welcoming me to their hotel within the next few days that the website booking form had reset its date to the right date but the wrong month. In my haste to cancel that and re-book for the correct date I managed to pick up a different Ibis - hence our stay at this one. I do not think it would be impossible for the Accor Hotels website to ping up a map showing all the relevant hotels of theirs in the area with a question like "did you mean this one ?". It would ensure that the customer knew exactly which one they were staying in. The problem is that the room we had was at the far end of the hotel on the second floor and there was no lift. I suspect they put us there to cut down on any noise but it was really too far away and too many stairs. There was nothing wrong with the room at all and were were perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was the usual standard continental provided by Ibis which was plentiful and fresh. Given that this was all for £115 for two rooms and three people it is value for money. There are some local restaurants which are a short drive away or a 15 minute walk uphill.

Perfectly OK basic, quiet, clean room and bathroom... bring your own hair dryer, none is provided. And if you are less than fit and agile, make sure to insist on a ground floor room. Not only is there no elevator, but the 2nd (US: 3RD) floor rooms are accessed from a staircase at the far end of the hotel, so a longish walk is followed by 2 flights of stairs. If you have a week's worth of luggage as our over-60 group did, this could be a problem. This is a budget hotel for EuroDisney visitors so kids in the Breakfast room. Decent breakfast buffet, good coffee.
