This would have to be one of the best ski-in hotels in the world. We had planned on travelling with two children and changed at the last moment. The hotel staff were excellent helping us change to a different room - Japanese style - was excellent - brilliant bathroom, super comfy bed (actually could be set with 3 beds if...

hv stayed twice before all for skiing, including this time round. hv good rotenburo and indoor swimming pool. Morning buffet is much better than previously with more choices of both jp and western foods, e.g. Omelette and fried eggs made on order, fresh sashimi etc. in-room wifi can be weak so hv to go to lobby for better reception.

Great hotel in a convenient location! The hotel is clean, the rooms are well maintained, and the staff very friendly. Each room has an assigned ski locker and towards the end of our week long stay, a glove dryer was set up, which was nice. The onsen is a must after a fantastic day on the slopes. Housekeeping will clean...

This was our second stay at Niseko Alpen Hotel. The location proved again very good (ski-in ski-out and a lot of restaurants nearby) and so did the superb mountain view from the room (we chose again a mixed Japanese- Western style room). The bathroom was ok, although not exceptional, as it was the usual cabin type (which is always quite...

I suppose it's one of the few real ski-in ski-out hotels in Grand Hirafu. You either climb a short slope (20 m maybe) uphill for the quad chair, or ski downhill on Family run to the bottom for the other pair chair lift. There are a few stairs from the ski locker room to the ski trail. Apart from that...

Hotel is in prime position, just note that if you are going to book for four people in the one room be prepared for a tight squeeze ! a very tight squeeze but overall cannot complain the position is spot on.

Just visited Niseko in the CNY, lived in this hotel since I have no choice since I booked it in the mid January. No other places can be offered. Actually I think is a three star standard hotel, but is great location is no other places can be substituted. It is so close to the welcome center where most bus...

Great location if skiing, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly service. Only surprise is the daily onsen tax in the checkout bill, regardless of whether you use the onsen (public bath) or not. Rooms are okay.

Niseko Alpen is not a bad hotel for families aiming to cut down transport time during ski holidays. Interior is a bit weary but the location near the ski lifts is really hard to beat. Restaurants inside the hotel are so-so but it is an easy to walk down the hill to other eating spots. If it is your first...

Great location, good breakfast and the helpful staff. Even the outdoor hot spring doesn't have any view, it did provide relax after skiing. The ski locker and baggage storage service is so good. I love the big changing room next the ski locker when we need to change after check-out. The price is high but the service is value the...
