Great hotel with amazing easy access to lifts. You can walk! However the shuttle was always available to take u up the hill and we always just walked 200m downhill at end of day. Great onsens. 2 for each male and female. One inside and one outside and traditional Japanese style. Breakfast got a little boring but was decent with...

Spent 11 days there in one bedroom suite with kitchenette which was very handy and size good! Enjoyed the onsens, Netflix Tv, meatballs on breakfast buffet and ramen at lunch. Only disappointment was the restaurants were closed without any notice a couple of days. Would have been polite to inform us and offer alternative eating option on site? Anyway hope...

We stayed here for four nights to go skiing. We were picked up at Kutchan train station and taken directly to the hotel. We were checked in went to our room. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We used the ski shop downstairs who were helpful and got us what we needed to go skiing. The courtesy...

My family & I stayed at Chalet Ivy for 4 nights in March 2017 & it was great. Hotel was centrally located. Our rooms was a good size for 3 person with a view of the mountain covered in snow, which was fantastic. My son loves the onset at the hotel, he went there every evening. Front desk ladies were...

Perfectly located if you want to be in the middle of it all. Right across from dot base you can literally be skiing on the slopes in a few minutes or if you are really really lazy you can get the shuttle to drop you off 100 m up the hill. The rooms although small are very highly appointed with...

Small boutique hotel. Felt "homey" since it's not a big resort hotel. Slightly better than the typical Japanese hotel but somewhat still give me the 'cramped' feel that most Japanese hotel are famous for. Breakfast - although there aren't tonnes of choices, it is surprisingly good. But the staff doesn't seems to like clearing your plate immediately but rather wait...

The service was great-there is absolutely nothing to complain about! They picked us up from the welcome center to take us to the hotel which was only 250 m away but we didn't want to walk in the snow with our luggage. Ski rental was in a shop on the ground floor. The equipment I had reserved online was waiting...

My friend and I visited Hirafuzaka after skiing, and it was the best dinner we've ever had in Niseko. The restaurant is easily accessible to Grand Hirafu's dot base, and the ambiance is very relaxing. Ami and Alex served us with great hospitality and even gave us food recommendations which was just in our taste. We had Ochazuke and Gyudon...

Chalet Ivy was nice and to our liking. We went to Niseko for only 2 days so we did not have much time. We took the JR from Sapporo to Kutchan and Chalet Ivy provided free transport from JR Kutchan. Well, one of the only "real" hotel choices in Niseko Hirafu (Ki and Chalet Ivy). Generally quite impressed with the infrastructure - however, the deluxe room are too small for a ski resort - at this hefty price tag. Very well equipped, good noise insolation, nice shower and bathroom - but the room itself rather reflects on a smallish business...
