this hotel is located not in the niseko resort, but 20-30min drive away from the skiing places on the other side of the mountain. the location is nice and quiet. the hotel is not very large. the room was spacious and had a balcony and a heater. the dinners included in the deal were typical mid-range mountain resort fare -...

My first visit to Japan and it started at this amazing hotel. The service and amenities were wonderful. Having the onsen at the hotel was a great way to end the day after skiing the amazing mountains in the area.

Avoid this hotel during winter, because nobody update about the access road closed, nobody answer phone calls when you are asking for help. you might end up paying for room charges which you don't manage to check-in because you can't find the hotel. The location is very quiet & nobody to ask for help. The hotel booking agent changed me...

Visited with 2 companions for 2 nights in early Feb 2015, and we were assigned a Japanese-style room on the 4th / 5th floor. Our very pretty and spacious room came complete with cable tv, hot shower, mini fridge, and a balcony overlooking the hotel's front porch and surrounding hills. Our stay included breakfast and dinner - breakfast was a...

It's a quiet hotel out of the way, they do have transportation to the slopes and to town, this must be booked every day and is on a first come, first served basis. The rooms are warm and dilapidated, internet was not available for the duration of our stay. We were given many excuses, told that someone would come and...

Stars and moon, sunsets and sunrises - gorgeous from the roof deck of this hotel - you can see Mount Yotei, Kutchan town, the countryside around Niseko and the back of the ski areas - most hotels in Japan keep the roof top views for a posh bar or exclusive rooms - here anyone can go up and sit in...

This hotel has a nice view and nature around, but no public transport nearby. Therefore, this hotel should be avoided if you don't bring your own car. Because next town is so far away the packages with breakfast and dinner included are recommended. Food itself is average. Closest ski resort is Hanazono, which is connected to all other resorts via...

“Rooms with x2x in the number i.e. 326 are not in the main hall and therefore you don't hear as everyone walks past with their snow boots on. You need to request a room with a bath room if you want to shower in the room, otherwise if you're comfortable showing naked with other people you can use their other services.”
