Overall is not so bad but deffenetly is not the best choice for the money in Pamporovo. The staff is not very friendly especially for Sharlopov hotel. The breakfast wasn't good - horrible milk and no fruits. The sauna is too small for this big hotel, the steaming bath wasn't working. The ski shuttle bus is not coming on time....

We have just come back - Early Jan 2013 - I thought I would write this to help others out. Pamps is a cash only resort (we were not informed this!) luckily there are cash machines around so we topped up early. The Hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful, no reservations here. Rooms clean and tidy. Some...

Went at the start of february with 2012, it was absolutely hurrendous. Food was disgusting, beds were uncomfy, shower rail broke, bed broke, heating broke, a cat fell through the ceiling in one of my friends rooms in the middle of the night! The skiing itself was great but would never stay here again, i do not reccomend it. I...

Went near the start of february, went with alot of my family and friends for one week skiing. I say, what do you expect from a hotel in bulgaria? Not going to be like an amazing five star hotel. Its a cheap holiday, your there for the skiing not prancing around the hotel all week. Food wasn't as bad as...

We were attracted by the fact that the hotel is part of the Sharlopov hotels chain. Unfortunately this hotel has nothing in common with the other Sharlopov hotels we have visited. The hotel is serviced very bad the rooms were not cleaned for a long time with a bad smell of unwashed toilet coming from the bathroom. The staff is...

Just come back from this hotel. First appearances looked good, got to our room on sixth floor (small but adequate for two) had an extra bed which we didn't ask for and took three days of asking for it to be removed. Dirty cups and glasses were never cleaned from our room and only the bathroom sink was cleaned, other...

I have read some of the previous reviews and in my opinion the moaning ones re staff, service, porters, bus departures in my case do NOT apply. I arrived in the early hours of Sunday morning at about 05.20 - Flight delays, but immediately the bus stopped outside the hotel, two porter came to the bus, unloaded my kit and...

We stayed at this hotel during our second holiday in pamporovo and both found the hotel to be much nicer than the previous. The rooms were clean, decent size, bathroom nice however the full lenght mirror positioned opposite the toilet was slightly disconcerting! Staff as pleasant as bulgarians get, safe behind reception free of charge. Shopping located within the hotel...

We’ve just got back from a week staying at this hotel. It was terrible. It maybe the end of the season but the staff weren’t interested in helping us at all. When we made any complaints about the food or our ski bus not turning up they just pretended they didn’t speak English! The food was inedible so we skipped...
