I visited the hotel last week with my husband and toddler. We liked the hotel very much. The apartment was large - a nice living room with a completely equipped kitchen, and a separate bedroom. It was very cozy and pleasant. The location of the hotel is excellent - right next to the Studenets ski area, and it was possible...

The hotel was good, but not excellent. We had suites of 55 m², with an extra bedroom and the living room with an open kitchen. The interior was tasteful, however the kitchen was not very well-equipped with pots and pans. However there was a coffee maker, microwave and a little stove. You could buy extra WIFI for the room at...

Frankly, I don't know where to start so to avoid rambling I will deal with this in bullet points. 1. Do not eat on the first floor restaurant, its terrible food and right next to a smoking room which permeates the whole restaurant 2. Do not eat the breakfast, the staff that cook it were sitting by it smoking when...

Small and frozen parking lot. Interior works in the rooms are at very low level, cables sticking out, etc. On arrival we found out TV doesn't work and personnel cannot fix it. We also had little or no hot water in our room for two days straight. Hallways are cold and long and sometimes it takes ages to get to...

Room was dirty and remained so along the whole stay. Cleaning ladies are so lazy, they never used a vacuum cleaner or a wet cloth to remove dust, hair and dirt from the floir. At evening bad cooking smells come trough the kitchenette absorber. Bathroom smells of cigarette smoke. The room was advertised as to accomodate 4. However it had...

DO NOT EAT IN THE RESTAURANT upstairs from the lobby. The food was awful, disgusting and so bad we left virtually everything. The waitress did not even ask why the plates were being cleared virtually as they arrived. Either the service is so bad they do not care or that is a common result. We had chicken soup that was...

We were suppose to pay for everything-wi-fi, swimming cap, the bath robes, even for the woods for the fireplace, and all this after paying 160€ for a deluxe room. The apartment looks enormous, but in reality you receive two really small rooms. After taking a bath, the whole bathroom is flooded, due to the fact that there is nothing to...

We had a great stay at this hotel in December 2016. Accommodation is superb, the appartments are equipped with everything needed, they are luxurious with fire-places fitted, kitchens have got all from kettle to stove, bathroom always clean and very modern too. Ski slope is just at the back of hotel, in the top floor of hotel where the entrance...

The hotel"s location is perfect - just next to the sloops... hiwever the conditions and service especially are close to "poor". Reception staff is not trained at all for the role they play, out of apartment area is cold, in order to visit the SPA you need your mountain equipment (far away and cold), food in the restaurants had middle...
