Lovely location, lovely and clean, super breakfast, the most comfortable bed. We stayed for a night as we were going to a wedding nearby. Theresa was very welcoming and helpful. All together an excellent b&b.

We stayed a weekend at Knaptoft Farm and loved the quietness of the area. There were plenty of interesting places to visit without driving too far and a wide choice of eating places within a few miles. Theresa lent us a map so we could explore the area on foot so we took a good walk across the fields, stopping...

This b&b is very good to stay at while in the area. Theresa was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was fantastic and I could fit seven of me in the bed. The two draw-backs were the rather long distance from the room to the breakfast and the very small bathroom - slightly larger than an airline toilet. When booking...

Thank you for your review .Delighted you enjoyed your farmhouse breakfast. The room you have mentioned is the smallest en-suite we have but I hope perfectly formed ! The other 2 rooms in The Greenway have our largest en-suites and are our largest bedrooms, so perhaps if you come to England again they would be a better choice. I mention...

We have stayed at Knaptoft House for the past three years with a large group of friends as we attend an annual function at the Shearsby Bath. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else as the accommodation is first class and Mrs Hutchinson is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble.

We had a great nights stay at Knaptoft farm. Theresa couldn't be any more accomodating from the moment I rang through to leaving. Breakfast was lovely, the house is lovely, clean and spacious. There are two sitting areas to relax which was nice as we didn't have to sit in our room for the evening. Nothing seems too much trouble...

We stayed here for one night in order to visit the Victory Show at nearby Cosby and it was the perfect stopover. Set in a quiet, peaceful location, Knaptoft House Farm set the gold standard for B and B accommodation - the beds were supremely comfortable, facilities excellent (even fresh milk for tea in the fridge) and breakfast superb. Lovely room with comfy bed and everything you could need. The house is located within beautiful countryside and everything felt very peaceful. The friendly and helpful owner made us feel welcome. We stayed for a wedding at Shearsby Barn and were able to walk the 10-15 minutes there and back along the road which was great. I LOVED all the...

We stayed here for one night in July and found the bedroom to be rather luxurious. Quality bed linen, very large fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. This B & B is located on an isolated track in a beautiful farm setting. Breakfast was delicious with no expense spared on the quality or quantity of the food and drinks. While the...

We wanted a comfortable B&B in a rural location and Knaptoft House did not disappoint. The farm is in the heart of the countryside. We could see sheep from our bedroom window, and the birdsong in the morning was a great way to wake up. Both the main house and the annex The Greenway where we stayed were spotlessly clean...
