Love Biella and love this hotel. Back door leads to a short walkway onto Via Italia, one of the best coffee, shopping and eating streets in the world IMO. Never overcrowded (this is Biella not Milan after all) but plenty of authentic Italian vibe to immerse yourself in. Luxury hotel description is a bit of a stretch, but staff are... More

This is a good straightforward hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy of a decent size. Reasonable selection for breakfast (mainly cold meats, cereals, fruit etc) and staff are very friendly. Good value for a hotel of this type

While doing business in Biella in last two years always staying in this hotel. Located in the centre, just few steps from Via Italia with restaurants and shops. Nice rooms, good service, rich breakfast. I was enjoying every night here.

Stayed here on business. Rooms a good size, comfortable and well equipped (shower rather than bath, but a good shower). Staff speak good English, they serve a good continental breakfast and with free wi-fi all in all made a good stay. Note if you come by car there is a short but steep ramp to the car park - take... I was with a tour group and my room was not to my liking so they changed it and what a beautiful place with beautiful people. I even slept with my window opened because the air was so clean and the view beautiful and a superb breakfast. I left clothes in my room and after calling they sent them to... More

The employees are caring. They accommodated my gluten intolerance. They spoke English pretty well. Located in the center of Biella, which is near Turin where the Shroud is displayed periodically. Friendly and fun town. Located near the Italian Alps.

Been going there for close to 30 years, fantastic location right in the heart of the city and consistent service offering great value for money. Staff always make you feel at home, go there, drop the car and walk everywhere enjoying the eateries around.

Good location in the center of the old city - attention there is also the "very old" city - called Piazzo - accessible by foot (hiking a tall hill) or by funicular which is not far from the Hotel. The breakfast is very plentiful with a variety of foods to choose from (carnivore, vegetarian, etc). The room is clean, the... More

a good hotel with nice but small rooms. A bit noisy sometimes but not bad. A rich breakfast for being an Italian hotel, even egg and bacon, muesli and such items. Cleanliness on a good level, staff helpful and to some extent English speaking

The hotel right in the centre of Biella is really convenient. The room was just fine - I would have preferred a bath rather than a shower but the bathroom was spotless and modernised. Breakfast was great - really what a continental breakfast should be with lots of freash fruit, breads and yummy parma ham. Staff were friendly, relaxed but... More
