Looking for a place to stay on my cycling trip I found a room here. It was quite comfortable, with a good shower and an electrical drying rack, which comes in handy for drying your freshly washed cycling clothes. The restaurant was quite good actually, with a certain refinement that you do not always find in the German kitchen

This hotel can be booked with diner, the food is very tasty and with a large portion. The hotel is clean and classic. One really enjoy to stay there long. The surrounding is covered by forest, the place is next to a small ski hill.

A classic mountain retreat in a Franconian village over 750 years old. Clean air and beautiful vistas. Bavarian cuisine. Quiet, relaxing, peaceful. Six generations of the Puchtler family have owned and run the hotel and inn. The family is is very friendly. Susanne, the daughter, worked two years in Vail and is fluent in English. Her brother is the chef....
