We spent the weekend at Kismet Riverside Caravan Park a couple of kms west of Howlong near Albury/Wodonga. A credit to the new very friendly owners, Craig & Kerryn, who have tidied & cleaned up the park amazingly!!! All the facilities were really really clean and tidy and it was not expensive to stay with most sites having individual ensuites. We will definitely be back as we were so impressed. Highly recommend others checking it out. Also if golfing inclined then make sure you have a hit at the Howlong Golf course which was exceptionally green and maintained. Also the butcher has great chicken kievs!!! 😀😀😀

We stayed here in our caravan with our dog. Our site was the largest site we’ve ever had whilst camping. We had an ensuite and there was a good distance between each plot.
The campsite itself was very well maintained and the managers were always available to help us And were friendly and welcoming.
The price was excellent and we will definitely stay here again, we had a wonderful relaxing time.

The team at Kismet Howlong looked after all our needs and the accomodation was spot on.
We came to Kismet with 14 couples and kids about a group of 50 people. The facilities were clean and well maintained by Host Craig. Kerryn arranged bbq area and went out of her way to assist in the two functions and made our group fell welcome and at home.
Kids were safe riding bikes or playing tennis, pool or air hokey,adults enjoyed the facilities and the function room
Would highly recommend Kismet to travelers and groups!!

My recent 3 night stay at Kismet was so peaceful and relaxing. The park is quiet and facilities spotless. Located 3kms from Howlong which has a very good IGA, bakery and library. Where else can you get a huge drive through ensuite site for $45 per night. Great value.

My wife & I stayed in a 1 bedroom cabin, and throughly enjoyed the amenities, very tidy & clean cabin. ( #36 )
The park was located on the Murray River, very relaxing stay.
We had our meals sitting on our decking overlooking the peaceful park, with scattered caravans & cabins.
Craig & Kerryn were friendly hosts.
Definitely recommend Kismet Caravan & Cabin Park.

Myself, 3 sons, 2 brothers and my grandson stay for 2 nights and done a lot of fishing. Craig & Kerryn where absolutely amazing hosts. The whole complex and surroundings are awesome. Our cottage was spot on, very clean and everything required for cooking to washing is supplied. Beautiful pool and heaps off shade and ample parking. Fantastic boat ramp, plenty of space at the ramp to moor our 3 boats. Parking area for vehicles and trailers. Would be one of the best places I have stayed at 😀

We arrived on the 27/2/24 and were a group of 8 men doing a bucket list trip from Albury to Bundalong stopping at Howlong’s Kismet riverside lodge. The accommodation was excellent neat tidy and spacious. The pool was a relief after a long boat trip. Our host could not have been more helpful. My only suggestion would be to put a Kismet sign up on the river bank and to build a pontoon mooring jetty to tie the boats up to , this would allow less able older folks to gain easy access to the accommodation. This would also allow boats to be secure for the stay.

This is a great spot to stay, quiet friendly hosts. Room was clean and comfortable. Although stayed only one night, one could easily spend a week at this place, This would be a good base to explore the region. Bed was comfy and room was sufficiently big enough for the two of us .
