I had a log term stay here for work and found the room to be extremely comfortable for the duration. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job and the room was always spotless. The in room WiFi is of medium quality but frequently dropped. Reception staff were very helpful and Wilbert was particularly helpful and hospitable during my stay. Food...

Been staying for this hotel on and off for quite many times. The staff has always been helpful, check-in process has always been smooth, the room has always been great. There is a small park right below the hotel if one favours outdoor walk. The only fallback is the lighting in the room. The room has overly dim lighting which...

I've stayed in other hotels in this area - and this is the best. Great service, good breakfast, big rooms (junior suite) and best of all - the restaurant serves delicious Chinese food. Was so good we didn't bother going out at night! So nice to have a big bowl of fruit to welcome you too. Only downside is that...

All went very smoothly with absolutely no complaints. The 2 bedroom suite I had was excellent, modern and spotless. beds very comfi. The reception room was more than adequate for 150 guests and...

This is actually quite a nice hotel even though some of the rooms are a touch ostentatious. Over the last year the wifi is much improved as are the staff who are now through all training and have the experience to know how to deal with guests well. The kitchen cum restaurant is still a bit noisy to eat in...

I have stayed at the PSB 3-4 times and have always found the staff very helpful, friendly and will bend over backwards to help. Not the most moden but having stayed in the hotel next door rate this as the best.

My family had just spent 3 days/nights in neighbouring Miri in Sarawak. I wanted to show my children a bit of K/Belait and Seria - to which they hardly ever go even as Bruneians. So thought of spending one day/night in KB. Whilst driving down to Miri, we called to book a room in Plaza Sutera Biru, and was offered...

Had to stay at a hotel for a few weeks before finding a house in Kuala Belait. Since we knew we will stay for an extended period in a hotel, we decided to look at rooms in all key hotels to choose from. Sutera Biru was the nicest & most spacious. We initially stayed in a regular room then moved...
