Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Room: The room is ok, with air conditioning and a little kitchen, in an average space. The bathroom is REALLY SMALL, but includes hair dryer and all these hotel shampoos and soap. Pool: There are two pools, one outside and one inside the hotel, a thermal one. The first is very crowded and has a 1,50 meters height, the second not too much crowded and has a 0,70 meters height. Restaurant: Is open to 10AM to 10PM, the food orders don't delay and are very tasty. Ok price for the hamburguers, expensive price for the snacks (shrimps and fish). Oh, and the dish for 1 actually can serve 2 people. They also serve orders at the pool and in your room, and only snacks at the beach WiFi and Cable TV: The WiFi is really good. You can watch netflix or play online games without any trouble (for gamers, the ping is 30). There's also cable TV in the room, but the signal don't seems to be the best. Service: Everyday the chambermaid knock on the door asking if you want some cleaning in the room (it's your decision to accept or not). I recommend you to accept but hide your value stuff (computers and others) for a general safe. The restaurant and reception service is also very good. About the Noise: The room is very quiet, you can't listen people from the other rooms, but there is some child plays every day at sunrise and sunset throughout the hotel, and they make A LOT of noise. Location: Terrible. Far from everything, you'll have to take a lot of Uber / Taxi and busses to go to places.

If you like invasive staff, stay at this hotel. If you like not sleeping in because the staff is screaming ACTIVITIES TIME outside your door, stay at this hotel. If you like being charged for guests you did not have and things you did not eat or drink, stay at this hotel. If you like being bothered on your room phone by the staff every five minutes but having your personal calls not be forwarded to you, stay at this hotel. If you like your ride to not be able to enter the hotel to help you carry your bags or wait for you, stay at this hotel. If you like being bothered by the hotels personal loud activities clowns while you eat your breakfast, stay at this hotel. Full details below: 1. My husband and I needed to stay there for one night, we were with our cousins who were our ride while on the beach and they were staying somewhere else. After we checked in they came up to our room to help us bring our suitcases and to wait for us to get ready for dinner. I made a call to the front desk to ask for the wifi login information, the guy made sure to remind me we had only paid for a two person stay and there were four people in our room (which to our surprise had a bunk in addition to our double bed), I assured him they were not staying there but they had to wait for us. 2. A few minutes later the front desk calls my room to tell me we have 10 minutes to get out with our guests, my husband had just jumped in the shower. I told the desk guy we needed more time and my husband had just jumped in the shower, he repeated 10 minutes and hung up on my face. My guests and ride volunteered to go awkwardly wait in the lobby while we finished getting ready. 3. When we returned at midnight there was no one at the front desk to see only my husband and I entered our room. 4. The next morning at breakfast the hotel sent their activities staff to loudly approach every single guest asking them questions and making them sign up for stuff. My husband didn't speak the language and I was only half awake and didn't want to be bothered so we pretended we didn't understand in hopes they would just let us eat our breakfast in peace. But they are incapable of leaving their guests in peace so they went to other tables asking how to say things in English coming back to us with one word at a time and making no sense. Finally we communicated with them we were leaving that day and they left us alone. 5. We went back to our room to try to rest before our ride arrived and at 10 a.m. we hear kids and the activities directors yelling right outside our door "ACTIVITIES TIME!" Over and over. 6. Our ride arrived to pick us up and tells us they tried reaching us at the hotel and the hotel not only refused to forward their call to us, but asked us what they wanted to talk to us about. 7. We go to check out and the hotel tries charging us for four people. So for the third time I had to explain that the other two were just our ride, had to wait for us, couldn't reach us through the hotel, and had received very rude treatment from the staff. 8. The hotel tried charging us for two waters nobody drank. Overall, terrible customer service and staff, and they will try to rip you off.

We only wanted to stay for the night and chose this hotel far from downtown. Could have stayed longer! Our suite 324 was very large and you could see the beach right there in front of the hotel. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good, but we could not get any wine (change of ownership?). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only problem: although we had an AC unit in our room, the second room had no AC and no ventilator was available.

Small beach town in Brazil. The city is so cute and full of beach lovers, we even saw a house marked as "Long Beach" the same place we go to in New Jersey USA/// Stay at the Spazio Marine Hotel. Wonderful people. Some of the staff speak english really well. The beach is great and they have their own beach patrol. they also have a pool with a bar. GO!!! Have fun!!!
