Many use JR trains From Tokyo - Okayama station (Shinkansen - about 3.5 to 4 hours) - Uno station (about 1 hour) Some come by air From Haneda - Okayama airport (about 1 to 1.5 hours) - shuttle bus to Okayama station (about 30 min) - train to Uno station (1 hour) Please see our site: how-to-get-here-from-tokyo-kyoto-hiroshima-or-takamatsu/ for more detail. Thank you so much for your interest. We do have baby-friendly rooms upstairs (Ozu, Mizoguchi, and Kurosawa). But unfortunately, the twin-bed or double rooms downstairs are limited up to 2 people.
