The room was clean an spacious with very big beds. The toilet was clean and the facilities were in good order. Had a very restful slumber on the big, soft and comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful.

Very grand style hotel. Friendly staff, spacious clean rooms and wonderful service. Breakfast was delicious and located close to amenities and local travel. Ample parking and a beautiful view of the surrounding city. Thoroughly recommend.

This is a clean hotel as most of the hotel rooms in Japan are clean and small. Good strong shower with sheseido toiletries, shower cap etc. High bathtub in the case of an earthquake with tiny protected bathroom. I got a room with 2 single beds, the bed nearest the window, the headboard is not next to the wall, 3... More

Very convenient for my purpose, and a comfortable place to decompress after my long flight. I particularly like the deep soaking height tub with abundant hot water. It was a little frustrating that no one at the front desk spoke English, but that seems to be the way in Japan at all but the most expensive hotels.

This hotel is located just outside of Osaka, a short subway ride away and the station is a nice, quick walk from the establishment. Amagasaki is a charming, quiet little city. There are plenty of shops and eateries outside the subway station. You can get meals, desserts, snacks and groceries. A huge center area with a giant water fountain is... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. It works just fine as a place to come how to sleep. The location is away from all the hustle and bustle of Osaka if that is what you're looking for. In an industrial area so there really isn't much in the way of entertainment anywhere close by. There is a street full of pachinko... More

This hotel is ideal for me. Amagasaki is an industrial city, right next to Osaka, just a five minute train-ride away, a 35 minute train-ride from Kyoto, 15 minutes from Kobe. So it is a superb base for sightseeing in the most historic and interesting part of Japan. The New Achaic Hotel is a substantial walk from the main railway... More

Definitely, a very good hotel at a very nominal price. The room was clean and nicely kept, on higher floors there is pin drop silence and the views of the city are simply amazing and superb. Room service is also very nice and efficient. The bar on the 22nd floor has amazing views and serves all sorts of drinks. The... More

On the high floors, no noise at all, so I had a great sleep in the cotton yukata...the restaurant on the ground floor is offering good Japanese food, but the Amagasaki Commercial area is so close, it is worth going to enjoy real, normal Japanese restaurants for cheaper... If you have Japanese friends who are already customers of the hotel... More
