We booked the hotel to stay the night before flying out on holiday. The staff at this beautiful family run hotel were warm and very welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and food and beverages well presented and reasonably priced

Spent a night here on business with colleagues. Much bigger than expected and quite a walk to our rooms. It was great that the staff put us all in rooms adjacent to each other. Rooms were clean and comfortable if a little dated. Had issues working out how to lock the doors and found lots of other guests were having... More

I had an excellent 2 night stay here. The bedrooms are a little dated. However very comfy bed. Lovely bar and restaurant area. Food was well above my expectations. Staff were really welcoming and friendly. I stupidly left my kindle device on leaving. Staff returned it to me via a prepaid envelope promptly and with extra padding to protect it.... More

My husband and i stayed 1 night for a christmas shopping weekend. This hotel is only about 15/20 minute drive from the trafford centre and easy to get to. We had booked a double room and this was in the main building. The room was very spacious and clean with usual tea/coffee making facilities. We ate in the hotel restaurant... More

We found this hotel after our flights were changed and we had to stay the night before departure. Check in was quick and staff were very helpful while our room was comfortable even if someone near us was breaking the rules by smoking. The next morning we had an excellent breakfast in the beautiful restaurant before a short drive to... More

The old building is clean and tidy with a very comfortable atmosphere which belies the budget price. The room in the old house was large and again comfortable, I understand some rooms in the extensions at the back are smaller but also comfortable. the food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, I would have no hesitation staying there... More

This is a local establishment in Brooklands which offers good home cooked food which is very reasonably priced. Sunday lunch is £15.95 for 3 courses. Good choices of starters and mains are available and food is always hot and plentiful. Recommended.

Me and the wife stayed here for a night on Saturday 12th November. We had spent the day shopping at the Trafford Centre and this hotel was about a 20minute drive. When we arrived the car park was quite full and it was a bit of tight squeeze when parking. A nice greeting at the front desk and we were... More

Extremely warm and inviting. Comfortable and affordable. Quite a lovely place. Only drawback is the walls are quite thin so expect to hear others around you. Was not noisy, just noticeable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved this hotel. Dinner the first night was very good, Magda (server) was delightful. Breakfast excellent. Room (in annexe) not bad. Beds comfortable. Only "niggle", toilet seat nowhere fitted the toilet bowl. All the staff, from receptionists, waitresses, kitchen staff, housekeeping, exceptionally friendly. Should be in Manchester this time next year, will definitely stay here.
