Great location! Nice that even the single bed rooms have a small kitchenette as well. Was able to have breakfast each day and then walk into the village to enjoy the amenities there. Would stay again.

Pros: This hotel is cabin style. Clean. Comfortable beds. Very convenient to the blue mountain village. Nice large porch with muskoka chairs and wonderful view. I was very happy with the room itself. It had a kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster coffee maker. Cutlery and dishes are provided as well. Friendly staff. I would stay again and recommend to others
Cons:
1. If you are in the ground floor you can hear footsteps above you very clearly - it didn’t bother us but might bother others.
2. The hotel is across the street from the village, 5 min walk. However you have to cross a major road with no lights or sidewalk. Walking home at night it is very dark
3. No housekeeping - we stayed 2 nights fri- sun and paid almost 700$ and no housekeeping was provided ( they do advertise 1 housekeeping visit for a 7 day stay)

Another pleasant stay. Very responsive staff to your needs. Kitchen well stocked and for a family of 8 our Thanksgiving dinner was very possible complete with a cooked turkey. The local quaintness and walkable nature to visit the area enhances the value.

I recently stayed at this Hilton hotel and had a generally pleasant experience with the room and amenities. However, I’m extremely disappointed with how my situation was handled when I left a few expensive items behind.
When I got home, I realized I had forgotten several items, including high-value personal belongings, in my room. I promptly contacted the hotel’s lost and found department, and I was told that housekeeping had checked the room but nothing was found. I even followed up multiple times to ensure the items were thoroughly searched for, but I received no further updates or assistance.
It’s frustrating to feel like my concerns were brushed aside. The lack of transparency and communication around this issue has left a sour taste in my mouth, especially from a hotel brand like Hilton. I would have expected better follow-up and more effort to return my items or at least a clear resolution.
While the hotel itself is nice, this experience has unfortunately affected my perception of the brand. I hope they take customer service and lost property handling more seriously in the future.

My Wife, Flordeliza and I had booked a one-bedroom unit hoping that our Daughter and Grand-daughter would be able to join us. Unfortunately that didn't happen ..... so we simply carried on being the beneficiaries of the resort's well kept and quiet surroundings. Note: as an increasingly physically challenged Senior couple, I doubt if we will ever again book an upstairs unit..... 20 outdoor stair/steps were a bit too much for us. Live and learn.

Embarc Blue Mountain is a great vacation spot for both family and couples. It is a beautiful, quiet and perfectly maintained upscale accommodation very close to all the activities of Blue Mountain and yet a private enclave retreat, a step away from the hustle and bustle of the village. There are a variety accommodations to suit your particular requirements and yet all are spotlessly clean, well supplied and beautifully "Muskoka themed". Along with an adult pool and hot tub, children have also been remembered with their own pool and hot tub along with a huge sandbox and plenty of sand toys. The exercise room is well supplied and meticulously clean. The staff at Embarc Blue Mountain are friendly, professional and available to meet your requests 24 hours a day. You won't be disappointed this excellent vacation accommodation.

We came here for a few days for a midweek vacation. The room was great! Very clean and well appointed. The staff were vey helpful and checked in on us to ensure everything was good. Our room has a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The bathroom was huge with both a tub and a shower. The bed was very comfortable. We even had an outside porch. Can’t wait to be back here on another vacation to relax.

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing visit at our time share at Embarc Blue Mountain. It feels like coming home! The staff are following good Covid protocol and are super helpful. The outdoor hot tub is available to be booked one unit at a time per 30 minute interval, was very clean and sanitized between each booking. Similar protocol was used for the swimming pool, which we did not use. The room (a studio) has everything we needed for a 2 night getaway.
Fabulous hiking at nearby Pretty River Provincial Park and lots of great restaurants to choose from.

I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to any couples / families / anyone looking to visit Blue Mountain. We were a bit wary to travel and I also fractured my foot the night before we were going to arrive. However, from when we arrived to when we left, everything was perfect and the staff is so friendly! They moved us to a first floor room because of my foot. The room was gorgeous with very charming decor, very clean and fully stocked with anything you might need. We could even enter and exit our room from the private deck. The concierge was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. You could tell they were really taking the cleaning and sanitizing seriously as there was always someone cleaning the hotel and hand sanitizer stations everywhere. However, we were still able to use the pool as they had implemented a system to ensure physical distancing, which we were very happy about! We never felt worried about anything for a second. The location is also amazing and is walking distance from the village. I would love the chance to come back here once all the outdoors activities are back up and running! Thank you Embarc staff - you folks are awesome and really made our stay so memorable!

Great location, everyone doing a great job with Covid restrictions. The staff could not do enough for you. Calling the front desk for anything is very easy and accommodated every request we had. A restaurant on site would be welcomed. They have a few restaurants in the area and town very close by for more variety. Lots of walkways, trails and family activities in the area. Pool times for guests is well organized. BBQ areas well kept And cleaned before each use.. A little cool at night this time of year and a fire pit area would enhance the experience. Everyone social distancing but still friendly.

Yes .... there always has been in the past. "Things" changed during Covid restrictions. When we there earlier this year, the Shuttle Bus service had not resumed but were told it would resume shortly.
I can't imagine going to Blue without a car.... I've never been there in the winter as we don't ski - but to see the area a car is needed. I would think that there are bus / shuttle services to Collingwood and then a cab.... but wouldn't go to the area without a car.
There are more places to choose from in the Blue Mountains area.
