Massive crystal chandeliers, lots or original artwork, huge sprays of silk flowers, and a collection of model ships present a wonderful first impression. I had a large room with a very comfortable king size bed. All the carpets and furnishings were clean as were the linens. The breakfast buffet was also delightful. They only reason this hotel did not get...

Hotel is in excellent condition, located in the center of the city. Has a huge secured parking right next to the entrance. As usual in Japan, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was great ! We had a huge room with two large beds, overal in excellent condition and perfectly clean. Nice view. I strongly recommend this hotel...

The perfect hotel to visit for a business trip, which most of the shipping community uses to access this city which is ones busiest shipping town with Shipyards located all around and full of Japanese shipowners. The perfect hotel for any visitor to Imabari and very reasonable in its pricing, especially if you can manage to get a discounted room...

This Imabari hotel provides a very good facility. A twin-bedroom we stayed was wide with an entrance garden view. Bathroom facilities are nice and well functioned. A buffet breakfast offers a Japanese-style and Western-style dish. There is a free rental cycle service by appointment. A stand ashtray installed on the third-floor hall before a public bath and convention hall should...

Kokusai hotel is tallest hotel in Imabari - great view and easy to locate. Staff is friendly - both western and japanese rooms are available. Clean spacious rooms. Shabu shabu in the hotel restaurant on main floor was good. Only complaint we had was wanted to use the hotel pool but required a full spa package - no one uses...

As with most Japanese hotels you cannot complain about the service. The rooms were clean but tired. The be was quite hard and appeared to have been around for a while. However, room costs are very reasonable and I think this may be the best offering in Imabari. Bathrooms are small and I am not a fan of showers in...

Beautiful hotel. Spacious, clean, well equipped room with bath tub and large shower. Free access to hot springs with everything you need: towels, shampoo/conditioner, face creams etcetera. You can even check your heart rate! Staff are polite, friendly, efficient and very attentive. We had dinner in the Sail restaurant. There were four of us and we were given two menus....

Strangely outdated! A bit like if you were immersed in The Shining hotel decor or in a Kafka's novel. Nobody except you and the staff in a gigantic hotel in a fishing cityport. Nothing seems to have change since the opening! Charming staff, very attentive.

To preface my review, I should say I'm used to business hotels in Japan. A little noise, with thinner walls. Imabari Kokusai Hotel is not like that at all. The room actually had space in it and the bathroom had a tub and a shower, though we went down and used the communal bath instead. The bed was comfortable and...
