The minute we arrived we felt very welcome, the hosts Paul & Robyn operate this property with passion and it is evident in the attention to detail. The breakfast basket was very generous and included in the cost of the stay. We want a quiet and relaxing environment. We also wanted to be close to National park but not to far from other attractions. The cottages meet and exceed the above.

We stayed at Greenlee Cottages as a base for bushwalking at Lamington National Park (O'Reillys). Only 15 minutes to Canungra and 40 minutes to Lamington, the location off the main road means a quiet and peaceful country setting.

The cottages are tastefully decorated and beautifully finished, with a glorious outlook across Canungra Creek and farmland to the mountains.

Robyn and Paul are welcoming and friendly hosts, and the breakfast basket of local produce was very special. There was nothing more we could ask for, and Greenlee Cottages is among the best places we have stayed in Australia.

We will definitely be returning, and would recommend the place highly.

I am reviewing on behalf of my parents who we treated to a weekend away to celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary. They loved it, and told me it was one of the best places they've ever stayed. They said the owners Paul and Robyn were extremely friendly and helpful, the property itself was very well maintained and the location is just stunning. The cabins are small but perfect size for 2 people, and while there are no TVs in them, Mum and Dad considered this a bonus and enjoyed the complete serenity and ability to unplug and relax out in Sarabah. They also squeezed in dinner next door at the Sarabah Estate vineyard, did a treetop walk at O'Reilly's not far away, and did plenty of sightseeing nearby. Such a beautiful pocket of Queensland, and hope to get there ourselves to check it out! Thanks Paul and Robyn!

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend at Greenlee Cottages. We were a mix of teens, parents and grandparents plus a 3 year old and everyone had a great time. The cottages are simple but very well through through and for parents of teens the wifi is strong! Beds are comfortable and all rooms have fans. The kitchenette is well appointed and we got a surprising amount of food in the fridge. We stayed in Woodcutters and it was disability access friendly (including wheelchairs) so if you have a relative who is reliant on a 4WW this would be a great place for them to stay. You can easily drive down to the BBQ area if someone would struggle to walk. The BBQ area complete with fire pit by the creek is a delight and we went swimming every day. I was very glad I packed my pool shoes as the bottom is very rocky. Even a temporary power outage from a big storm on Saturday night didn't dim our enjoyment. Paul and Robyn sprang into action and made sure we had everything we needed until it came back on. I would thoroughly recommend and hope to be back.

We spent two wonderfully quiet nights at Greenlee Cottages recently which was a welcome relief from the rush of city life.

The cottages were extremely comfortable and well-appointed with everything required for your stay. Sitting on the deck and looking at the view was a lovely way to start each day. A continental breakfast basket full of locally made/produced items is included in the price.

We loved the common BBQ/pizza oven area where we made dinner both nights, because we just didn’t want to go out. We used the pizza oven both nights; one for pizza and the other to heat and crisp up the delicious pies we bought from The Outback Cafe in Canungra. Both were perfect. The BBQ is huge, so you could feed several people.

We also lit the campfire/fire pit which was perfect for relaxing and keeping us toasty warm while sipping on a good red wine. We tossed a couple of foil wrapped potatoes in too!

Greenlee Cottages is within walking distance of Sarabah Winery and a 10min drive into Canungra, which is a gorgeous little town/village full of cafes and local businesses that range from books and foods to antiques and vintage clothing.

Paul and Robyn have created a lovely little oasis about 10kms from Canungra, which we will definitely revisit.

What a beautiful little cottage in beautiful surroundings. The breakfast basket was great and we loved all the little extras eg local soap, olive oil, detergent etc. The cottage was warm and comfortable. The kind hosts allowed us to put our vehicle undercover when the storms were predicted. Thank you.

My partner & I stayed here for valentines weekend. The feeling of relaxation kicked off from as soon as you get to the property. We did everything !! Paul & Robyn are amazing hosts they make you feel like family. They are one of a kind. The back neighbour who was working on the tractor cleaning up the road for the guests was funny & super helpful. The Callistemon Cottage was amazing, the views, the hike, the bbq area, fishing spot & the animals. I cannot fault a thing. Everything has so much thought into it. I just hope others appreciate this place as much as we do & cant wait to come back.

Stayed with Robyn and Paul of Greenlee farm and cottages for three days. The accomodation is in a gorgeous, quiet rural setting, close to the pretty town of Canungra with ready access to Lamington National Park. The rate includes a generous breakfast basket of local and farm produce, use of the BBQ area, a tour of the farm and its operations (if you want) and Paul will even lend you a fishing rod to try your hand in the creek! Plenty of wild life can be seen and birds are prolific and melodious. The creek is also home to platypus although you have to be up early .... and lucky!

We stayed at Greenlee Cottages in the Woodcutters cottage a few weeks ago. It was a wonderful experience! The Woodcutters cottage is designed to be accessible for wheelchair users. We loved the horse and farm decor on the inside and the stunning views over the farm. The owners are very friendly and took us on a wonderful tour of their macadamia farm on the buggy. It was a great location to check out O'Reilly's on the mountain and to duck to the Gold Coast for other entertainment. Highly recommend!

Just a beautiful little spot to stay. I arrived late (10pm) which wasn't an issue for the host and stayed in the Silky Oak cottage. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with a warm energy about them. Car parking is right next to the cottage, but not in the way of views. It makes it SO easy to transfer belongings back and forward and great for getting in and out if it's rainy. No lugging heavy items around the place.

Everything you need is contained in a well appointed, beautifully designed cottage. It's little but feels about 7 times bigger than it actually is. It has an open and spacious feel, but at the same time feels very private.

The cottage and environment were spotlessly clean. The bathroom is large, again beautifully designed with rustic features like a wooden shelf unit as the vanity stand, ornate wooden branch as the towel rail and horse bit fashioned into a toilet roll holder. It was well appointed with everything you need. The shower is large and the pressure fabulous.

There's a very powerful ceiling fan and also a very quiet air conditioner which worked fabulously to quickly get the cottage to the perfect sleeping temperature. The cottage opens via gorgeous wooden french doors onto a verandah which is large and clean with a blind. It's a beautiful spot for eating with open views of the countryside. The gardens and grassed areas all around are well maintained with native flowering shrubs which some little native birds were enjoying. Nice to watch from the verandah.

Breakfast provided was more than adequate and had a good variety to choose from: eggs, bread, jam, honey, yummiest yoghurt, great milk and muesli with the best fresh tasting macadamias from the farm the cottages are a part of. You can see the macadamia tree orchard behind the cottages, very neat and well maintained. Though a farm, it was extremely quiet. The only sounds I heard were the native birds, and the odd dog bark or horse whinny across the valley. I think there may have been someone else staying in other cottages but I didn't see or hear them, the way the cottages are situated makes it very private.

Down the hill at the entrance to the property is a fabulous bbq area. I didn't use it, but I visited it on the way out and it made me wish I was staying longer so I could. It's next to the creek, and looks to have everything you need for a great bbq along with a campfire set up next to it. The creek is gorgeous, perfect for cooling your feet off on a hot day.
