Had a week in the lovely village of Glenelg and as the weather was so poor, spent a lot of time in the Glenelg inn - one of my favourite pubs in the uk!! Great food, great atmosphere and marvellous staff. Quiz night on Thursdays are great! Would recommend and we'll be back next year!

Spent a long weekend camping nearby and dined at the Inn. Booked a room for the last night which was very comfortable with fine views. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was good with local seafood produce on the menu. All in all at great experience.

For a group of Munro Baggers this place could not be better. A warmer welcome we couldn't have had and Iona there looked after us fantastically. The setting was superb too. Great food and great beer, we didn't want for anything after a hard day on the hills. We will be back.

Stunning location with crackling log fire . We came in low season. Nonetheless the staff were welcoming and friendly and we had excellent food . Chef doing a superb job - imaginative very tasty menu. Very comfortable bed and so quiet - just passed out ! Thank you for a fun stay!

This Inn is in a truly stunning location. It's a little difficult to get to but well worth the effort. We met up with a group of friends there last year and again this year. I have to say that last year's experience was better than this year though. This year myself and my husband were initially in an upstairs...

We have been returning to Glenelg every year since 2007. The place is magical. Etheral, heavenly and, in spring when he mist rises above the Glenelg river, it reminds me of the home of the Elves in the Lord of the Rings movie. Nestled here is the Glenelg inn. Seeped in history, Located on the shores of the Sound of...

A most wonderful surprise. We were driving through Scotland and needed a place for one night on our way to Isle of Skye. I had made a reservation a few weeks before and one night was all they had. How I wish we could have stayed longer. We took a scenic route over a Pass, I believe it was Mam...

I was in the Glenelg Inn recently on a wet windy day. The roar of the log fire was most welcoming. We had a hearty bowl of soup and the Irish chap Kevin made us the best hot chocolate I've ever had. If it's hot chocolate your after Kevin is ur man. Will be back !

We come here every year in October it never fails to impressive me. The pub is homely and very welcoming and the locals and staff are extremely friendly. I have been coming here for over 15 years since my children were little and this year we brought my 6 year old granddaughter who ever night asked if we were going...

"Charming" only begins to capture The Inn! We've enjoyed a week of outstanding dinners, including great soups, elegant entrées and the best fish-and-chips ever. Best was "Quiz Night" in the pub: gathering of town folk for a hilarious charity trivia game: new friends came by for a pint, and easy talk of American politics and Scottish people went into the...
