Our first stay at the Vidor was for the Easter holidays of 2023 and from that moment we did not hesitate for a moment in booking well in advance the Easter holidays of the following year and Christmas 2024. The first stay was at the hotel with HB formula. The quadruple room we were allocated was simply delightful; comfortable though with two extra beds and equipped with a very spacious bathroom. The highlight is definitely the large balcony equipped with sun loungers and coffee table overlooking the outdoor whirlpool pool and enjoys a spectacular view. The room on the top floor in the tower guarantees silence and privacy, as you are the only one to access that floor. The menu for breakfast and dinner is varied, super abundant and the restaurant offers a wide choice of local dishes every night and a very good children's menu. For the second and third stay we chose to book a Nature Lodge, to have more freedom of schedules and more space since we ski and in the lodge there is more space available to put our ski clothing to dry. The lodges are built entirely of pine wood, the two double bedrooms are spacious and bright and the kitchen is equipped with every type of utensil, from vegetable grommets to coffee moka pots. The pool includes a children's play area and is equipped with internal slides; the outdoor whirlpool area is very suggestive. The only flaw of the aquatic area is the very slippery floor; for children it is better to equip themselves with non-slip shoes. The staff and the Pezzei family are friendly and very helpful and supported us on any request made to them. The Vidor was and will be again the best choice for our family holidays!

A really great campsite for families. The aquapark offers various slides, a large swimming pool, a toddler area with really nice warm water and yet another outdoor pool with bubbles. You can really spend time here in bad weather. Also the indoor playground is small but really great made. There are also table tennis tables and a kids club (we haven't tried it).
The sanitary facilities on the campsite are very clean and well maintained. We had a private bathroom, which was cleaned every day (this is not common with private bathrooms). The small supermarket on the square is a real branch of the supermarket chain Conad and really offers more than anything you need and also at absolutely fair prices.
The location of the square is a true dream, nestled in forest and mountains you can hardly get tired of and recovers already at the sight :) Dinner at the restaurant is ok, but there is better. The breakfast is really great and highly recommended. Staff are very friendly and helpful everywhere! All in all really a fantastic stay and we will gladly come back.
From the course you can make bike rides in different directions and felt every three meters there are sooo great, large and well-kept playgrounds, that is absolute madness.
Next time, however, we would Trips to the area a little earlier. In Pozza di Fassa (and the surrounding places) there was already so much closed at the end of September, there were hardly any open restaurants, the gondolas were not (anymore) etc and everything will only be opened at the beginning of the ski season in early December. That was a shame. The campsite can't help it, but this as a hint for others :)

A paradise for adults and children. The location certainly has a big hand in making the environment enchanting in front of the spectacular mountains of the Fassa Valley and the management of the Vidor makes everything truly almost perfect. The environment in general appears well-kept, clean and not too distracting. In a few minutes you can reach all the services offered by the campsite and from there you can go on excursions and walks. We stayed in the apartment, which was really functional with two small girls. We can only give a positive review of all the services for the little ones, truly superlative. The swimming pool is also top-notch, there is fun for everyone, adults and children. If we really have to make a small note it is related to restaurant and shop prices but we know that prices are higher in campsites. For the rest, friendly staff, attention to the well-being of families and last but not least a relaxing environment with a fabulous view.

For all intents and purposes the worst experience that could have happened to me. We stayed in a double room, I would venture to say under the mini standards of habitability in terms of square footage. A small bathroom with a skylight opening just below the head. The shower is aziobabilie with a button .On the practical side reminded me of the locker room shower when playing ball. Duration 10 seconds scarce, practically useless to regulate the temperature because the water dropped of the temperature is of the pressure that pleased him (in the locker room at least the limestone filling of the shower guaranteed a jet that could wash ). A small dispenser inside the shower guaranteed the supply of shampoo, ideal for those who do not have a hair on their head like me. Toilet paper to dispense 1 ply, I understand the concept of saving and avoiding waste, but then if I have to use 30 tissues to clean yourself understand the uselessness of the thing. Honestly from Booking the name is Vidor Resort **** , and always honestly in the advertising photos there is no mention of being a structure surrounded by parking places for campers and similar. The situation before me is the same: I enter what should be the pool area, an inhuman gathering of people and children who used the hotel services (for a fee) as outsiders. It was even impossible to think of entering a pool where you could not take a step without risking taking a beating from the child on duty who decided to try to dive rather than a push from the father who tried to prevent his son from perishing in search of who knows what artifact at the bottom of the pool. Outdoor swimming pool with whirlpool (perhaps) impractical. 30 people in a 5 x 2 , and again children everywhere. I decide to go to the wellness service ... where for a few days a week not consecutive, is reserved for adults only ... boys .. a full-blown dormitory ... strewn with beds of the vaguest form , but still dorm remains and not so quiet, since you could hear the cries of those above. Considering that I had to stay for 4 days, I go to communicate my decision to leave the hotel the next morning. They tell me a load of nonsense related to their absurd rules etc etc and we start that I should have paid the amount in full. I reply that I would never have paid the full amount, but only the night I was obliged to spend there. Bottom line the stay would have cost about 550 euros, of which 150 paid as a deposit before arrival. In the end they withhold the deposit telling me that I could have used it for another stay (I would not even go if obliged) and in addition they charge me 190 euros for the night with a net saving of 150 euros. Basically an expense of 350 euros for one night in a place that in my opinion is not worth 1/2 star. Mr bho at reception and the ghost manager with whom I have asked to speak and with whom I have not had the pleasure of speaking, should always, in my view, deal with matters not only at the expense of those who pay their salaries. Don't even waste time on answers of convenience, because I personally won't even read it.

I stayed with my family in a comfort pitch with the camper... Let's start from the check in: the girl circled me with a pen the pitch and told me that the Corrente was paid (which I hadn’t read anywhere, but let’s say we missed this info, it’s the first time it happens to me but especially given the amount spent ), I ask for more info regarding camping, entertainment for my children etc... since it was the first time and we didn’t know the place and since at every check in any place there is always a story of general info , I am looked at cm if I had asked for the moon and the Response is to shoot the code of the booklet and from there I will have all the info, I am liquidated so ... No one to accompany you to the pitches... The entertainment has a schedule not suitable for families who go to the mountains to see and shoot the day , as at 21 Otta's room closes , (the time when small children want to play) but already from 20.20 the animators put away without considering the children. The other games remain but be careful that at 22.00 you remain in the dark because the lights go out. In summer the hours should be extended... Octa (the mascot) never seen ... In the complex of our services only one washer and dryer , otherwise you had to make the whole campsite to find others (always circled on the booklet in the map on request if there was another washing machine at the reception, too bad they were downstairs and find them nn 'was simple). Number of washing machines small for the amount of people present ... We have not seen any organized excursion ... Positive note the really nice water park for children , slippery floor , staff as if there were none , busy chatting to each other . Quality price absolutely disproportionate. too bad because with qlc modification it would be perfect. But c wants more care for the customer.

The campsite is always very beautiful, in an excellent location and well looked after. What we really didn't like this time was the service. We arrived by camper around 5pm, therefore in the dark, we asked if they could accompany us to the pitch since there was snow all over the campsite and with the camper it would have been better not to take a wrong turn. But no, they gave us an "x" on the booked place and we ventured out. Like us, two other vehicles were also struggling and more than one was unable to orient themselves, improvising maneuvers on the frozen snowpack, risking accidents. At the pool (which closes at 8pm) the bar service closed at 6pm, giving no one the chance to eat or drink anything (put an automatic machine??) We asked if we could go out and come back to get a bottle of water and they told us that if we went, we couldn't come back. (it is forbidden to consume food brought from outside inside) While we were changing at 7.15pm an attendant specifically said "do you want to get a move on?" This is truly incredible…. At the restaurant we spent €140 eating for 3: an appetizer, 3 first courses, half a bottle of water and a bottle of wine: I would never have criticized the bill, but we received 3 cold courses, completely flavored, and without really a minimum of taste . It felt like eating in the canteen for lunch. (farmer's rosticciata, goulash with polenta, polenta and cheese) A real shame, because pre-covid we had a very good time. I don't know what happened in the meantime but quality and service have worsened. At the reception we told the above and they asked us to write a review and so we give 2 stars, with confidence... We will probably come back again because we have great memories, but let's hope they make a strong change

Great campsite!!! The welcome from the staff is top notch (reception and also restaurant). The pitches are spacious, everything is well thought out for children. My son was delighted to discover toilets in his size as well as different play areas. Very clean sanitary facilities! We took a package that included access to the pool, which turned the rainy days into a very pleasant experience. Incredible and calming view. Excellent restaurant!

We stayed at this property for the second time, but there are so many aspects that do not tempt us to return again, let alone to recommend it. The note of merit is the room, beautiful, large, clean and bright: a heartfelt thanks to the cleaning staff, always kind and smiling, as well as efficient and professional... Obviously to have such a room we paid quite a high amount, so we would expect to also have attention that should be the basis of a cordial hospitality towards us. Let me give a few examples: breakfast ends at 10... Already shortly before they begin to remove the dishes from the buffet, even at 10 cracks turn off the lights of the room, while you are still eating, as if to accompany you to quickly leave... Never seen such a thing, even in the most minimal guesthouses where we have been. The coffee machine available is undrinkable and with all the money we pay per day, if we ask for an espresso from the bar they charge you!!!!!! Camping guests mix with those of the hotel and there is everything in the pools, other than 4/5 stars. In the evening if you leave and return after 10 am you can not pass from the inside and use the elevator, because you find the staff inside who look out and tell you to pass by the external stairs because the elevator is turned off?????!!!!... Downstairs there is the mini club... When it closes, without warning you are left in the dark and to get out you have to take the emergency stairs, strictly without light, helping you with the lighting of a mobile phone. If you have bathrobes to change, the replacement is not free, but costs 10 €... I repeat that there are 4 of us and we pay an eye a day. We asked for an umbrella, and suspiciously, before giving you a half-broken one they want to know the room number. One morning we wanted a small handful of grated Parmesan cheese to season a coque egg for our little girl, which by grace was brought to us, but emphasizing that giving cheese for breakfast was not part of the service.

An oasis of peace and relaxation. Children are pampered and cared for leaving parents time to enjoy a well-deserved rest. The food is very good (I think I ran out of strudel supplies), at the bar for the snack ditto and the cocktails are very good and really know how to advise you. Excellent idea to organize excursions with the miniclub so as to entice and entertain even the little ones. For those traveling by camper there is really everything you need, from bathrooms, showers, laundry, to wash dishes. Honourable mention and only for this I love them, special attention to the Dogs! there is even a room equipped to wash and dry them and at the bar the opportunity to take ice cream for them. My puppy stayed at home but would have had so much fun. every Anglo is clean and always tidy. The rooms are very nice, cozy, basic but with all the comforts. There is also a small market, prices in line with what you might find outside. Thank you!

Large pitch but far from everything: Bathrooms, laundry, garbage and swimming pool. But close to the ski slope. I recommend having bathrooms in the lower pitches and also some rubbish bins, even not large ones, in order to unload the chemical toilet without carrying it up all those steps. This also applies to garbage.
