Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

If you are looking for a super modern, new and…aseptic South Tyrolean style hotel….this is not the place for you. Here we are in Trentino, we speak Italian, the owners are the heart of the structure which has its own history. The hotel is very well looked after, the rooms are quite modern but not "contemporary", the SPA is truly spotless and with attention to the smallest details. The very gourmet and refined cousin (I would have preferred it to be a little more traditional) but still of excellent quality both in the products and in the culinary offering. The breakfast was very rich, although I would suggest some local products. A special mention for the cuisine that was super attentive to my intolerance to milk, and the availability of the owners ready to give excellent advice on excursions in the surrounding area and also to satisfy every request (even an extra pillow requested at 10pm). Strategic position for all facilities in the area. Advised!

Located near the center and the arrival of the slopes of Pozza di Fassa, the hotel is managed impeccably by competent and very kind staff.
The restaurant offers delicious dishes, accompanied by helpful staff ready to answer any clarifications.
The spa facilities are excellent, unfortunately I didn't get to see the gym.
The facility is very clean, even if the rooms are not very modern.
I hope to be able to return soon.
Compliments!

Well-kept and valuable structure. Spacious and clean rooms with momentary mountain views.
quiet location outside the chaos but close to the center. Friendly staff and quality food 'prepared with care. Wellness area with indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, etc... essential but cared for and welcoming. Price adapted to the services offered and the season.
to improve...
management of intolerances at the restaurant...instead of simply "eliminating" allergens from the proposed dishes (changing their nature) better combine some different proposal without lactose / gluten but prepared at the origin with hypoallergenic elements (avoiding of course the possibility 'of contamination)
Recommendation....better to increase the cost of the room a little rather than charge for changing bathrobes.
All in all satisfactory experience and to recommend

Hotel: nice hotel on the outside, with a very small swimming pool in a triangular glass structure, with a jacuzzi in the center. Small spa area with sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area.
Small triple room with the minimum necessary and third bed consisting of a sofa. Room with a small balcony.
Location: horrible, near a campsite and a warehouse for construction tools, dark area and far from the town, which is also very ugly because it was built around the provincial road, full of cars and without a pedestrian area or a point meeting place.
Shuttle service: terrible. A single 7-seater van too slow in the transfer and absolutely insufficient for the volume of guests, without any rules for queues. Average waiting time of 45 minutes on the outward journey and the same on the return journey. Guaranteed service for the lifts only until 10am and for the return only from 3pm.
Cuisine: at dinner, an unsuccessful attempt at gourmet dishes which were unfortunately insufficient in quality and quantity. You need to fill yourself up at the buffet. The breakfast is good but it is forbidden to take even a slice of cake out of the room, otherwise it will be charged to the room bill.
Prices: absolutely high. the half board service does not include water (75cl costs €4) and extras are expensive. If a child at the bar asks for a glass of water, you will be charged €1. rum €15 per glass.
Cleaning: too quick. Not even compliant with a 3 star hotel. They are limited to making beds and vacuuming. Tobacco dropped on the coffee table or papers left on the bedside table remain where they are.
Excessive heat. Skiroom area small, cold, boot heater accessed for too short a time

Well-kept structure that offers impeccable service. Very attentive to the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The restaurant part is impeccable and keep the promise of offering gourmet dishes. The wellness area also offers many choices and spaces are adequate to avoid overcrowded areas. I recommend a stay and look forward to being their hospitality again. Do not underestimate the location that allows you to easily reach the most beautiful places of the Val di Fassa with their own vehicles, buses and ski lifts.

We spent a few days of absolute relaxation at this property. Its location allows it to be in a central area for the main excursions. Very nice hotel, furnished with typical mountain style. Our room was very large and clean. The only thing we didn't like were the wool blankets, we would have preferred a more comfortable duvet or quilt. The cuisine is really very good, dishes with attention to both raw materials and combinations, it was truly a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was top, there was everything you could want.
The spa is very nice, the swimming pool in the "pyramid" was a little small and often it was not possible to find free sunbeds at the poolside.
In our opinion, a hotel of this kind should offer bicycle rental directly on site.
Overall, however, the opinion is very positive.

Recommended by a local friend we spent a wonderful week at the Hotel Renè: rich and qualitatively superb food (with really interesting gourmet proposals, from a top restaurant!), impeccable cleanliness, well-equipped gym, games room for children, wellness center with suggestive views,
courtesy and kindness from anyone (from the cleaning team, to the room - with a special mention for the extraordinary Julia, who was a treasure with our baby -, to the management), all seasoned with a pleasant scent of wood appreciated everywhere, which we will carry in our hearts! A heartfelt thanks for the pleasant experience, we will definitely be back!

The hotel is located in the Dolomites and the location alone will win you over. We booked a junior suite, spacious, warm, beautiful and spotlessly clean. All the spaces of the hotel, from the reception, to the bar, to the restaurant are tastefully designed and give you a warm welcome. The spa is beautiful, the relaxation area and the swimming pool is very impressive with the glass pyramid that contains it, having a hydromassage while looking at the Dolomites is a wonderful emotion. The restaurant menu is excellent, perfectly aligned with the hotel's standard.
I could continue to describe all the details here that make the stay in this hotel splendid but I prefer to reveal the real strong point that pleasantly struck us which is the strength of the family condition. The owners are an example of perfect management so that the customer feels pampered, all the employees, from the cooks, to the waitresses, to the masseuse, to the cleaning ladies seem to have been selected not only for their great professionalism which they also demonstrate for the sense of belonging to the structure . In addition to kindness and attention, there is an awareness of being part of something unique.
Thanks again to everyone for the wonderful experience

I review this property for the second time because it really deserves.
The location is slightly decentralized but the country can be reached really quickly,
The hotel is beautiful, with rooms of different types and all recently renovated in Alpine style.
Spaces are ample in both the bar and the dining room. The staff is very friendly, from the reception to the cleaning people.
A special mention goes to the kitchen: for breakfast there are many
possibilities from sweet to savory. for all tastes and for people who have food problems, for dinner there are many pre-appetizers and the choice between 4 first courses and 4 main courses all cooked impeccably and with excellent raw materials. In particular we enjoyed fish dishes that, in a mountain village, are not easy to find.
We recommend it and will definitely return.

Impossible to find even one fault with this structure! Large rooms, spotless, tastefully decorated. Lobby and cosy common areas and relaxation/swimming pool area and superb whirlpool: after a day of hiking through valleys and slopes nothing can be more regenerating than a break in the magnificent heated pool. The kitchen? Comparable to that of a starred restaurant: beautiful dishes on the eye and delicious on the palate, balanced, balanced and fresh ingredients and km 0; wide range of evening menu and breakfast able to satisfy sweet and savory palates. A tribute to the chef, the pastry chef and all the kitchen and dining staff for the skill and kindness with which they carry out their work. A heartfelt thanks to the property for courtesy and availability. Even our dog had a great time!! See you next time!
