Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I am an expert hiker and out of passion I also write books describing my experiences at high altitude. I have stayed, I would say, in dozens and dozens of hotels scattered across the Trentino, South Tyrolean and Venetian Dolomites. Hotel Ladinia is one of my favorite hotels, certainly (for me) the best in Val di Fassa. As soon as you enter the entrance you immediately perceive a clean and well-being scent.
In this hotel you eat very well and the waiters are very kind and knowledgeable.
Fantastic rooms with attention to detail.

We stayed there for a week at the end of December to spend New Year's Eve in the snow. We stayed in one of the new and modern rooms with a balcony (the only negative note was the bathroom without a window). Adequate value for money considering the high season. Proximity to QC Terme Dolomiti where we spent a day. Hotel organized with a shuttle to reach the slopes and equipped with a skiroom. Good breakfast and afternoon snack. We didn't try the restaurant for lunch and dinner but the proposal seemed interesting. Only flaw? The head (I think) of the waiters in the room. A gentleman with a mustache who for our tastes should mumble a little less especially as soon as he turns his back on the customers. He did it both with us and with other guests who certainly, being foreigners, did not understand. I honestly pointed out what had happened to the gentleman in question who seemed rather embarrassed, avoiding communicating it to the reception. However, the review remains positive overall. The rest of the staff are super friendly and professional. Unfortunately, when the experience is positive, these unpleasant details are remembered in particular.

Structure as expected, the photos perfectly reflect the structure, ample parking, impeccable cleanliness and order. Standing ovation for the kitchen and the dining room staff: decidedly superior to a half board service: many different proposals to delight the eyes and palate, comparable to an "à la carte" restaurant. For those traveling with CHILDREN, the menu is always different every evening with proposals dedicated to them.

A disappointment 4 star hotel,,,, I would give it 1!! the staff's welcome was terrible, not to mention the room had a bathtub in the attic, so you couldn't wash yourself 😡 upon returning from the walk in the afternoon the room had not been made, I strongly advise against it!!!!

We were travelling to Pozza di Fassa for a skiing holiday in Dolomiti. We appreciated very much the hospitality of the staff in Ladinia. Everything was immeculately clean, the rooms were big, each with own TV set and a vast bathroom. The hotel is in quiet location, but still just a few steps from the center and 5 minutes away by car/hotel shuttle from the ski slopes. Ladinia is equipped with a new wellness and a pool which makes it perfect either for families or couples. The shuttle service to ski slopes is also handy. We compliment the very kind staff both for breakfast and dinner (meals were delicious and various), especially a friendly Cristina who gave us a lot of info about the staying in hotel and town.
Regarding the skiing you can access easily to Sellaronda tours, though it will take you around 1h to get to the starting point from Pozza. All in all we appreciated the staying in Ladinia and Dolomiti Superski.

Courtesy, elegance and kindness are the characteristics of this beautiful hotel. Compliments go not only to the always present and very kind owners, but also to all the staff who wonderfully completed a summer holiday in the mountains. Thank you

I have been traveling to the ski resort for 15 years, but have never been treated so badly. I will never go to this hotel again. We were there with several people and had different rooms. The new rooms are very nice. We also had one of the many older rooms with many faults. The faults, such as a constant draft through the window, defective shower head, etc., were rectified, but our comments about the faults were received in a very unfriendly manner.
Due to a lack of time, I kindly asked if it was possible for us to cancel one of two massages in one evening. Although I accepted the cancellation, one of the owners came storming out of the office out of the blue and, completely unprepared, scolded me from above like a madwoman, ranting and raving until I couldn't put up with it any longer. It escalated completely in front of other guests and it turned into a nasty shouting match. The owners were extremely unfriendly and rude to us! I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life as I was by the two ladies who, according to them, are the owners. When I got upset that they were treating their guests like this, I got the snotty reply that they didn't care. They were fully booked anyway. Unfortunately, this can hardly be surpassed in terms of impertinence!

Beautiful hotel that we have been frequenting for many years now and well managed by the Gross sisters.
Beautiful panoramic view of the Val di Fassa.
Rooms of various types but always comfortable.
Excellent cuisine both for dinner and breakfast with waiting staff at 'height.
Price that I find appropriate to the quality offered and the area not particularly cheap.

A very good hotel. Thoughtful and helpful staff, particular restaurant and never taken for granted. In short, good food, guaranteed relaxation in the wellness area, spacious and warm rooms. Only one, perhaps, was a bit cold (the 133, mine) I presume for the exhibition.
And then, about ten minutes from the hotel parking lot there are areas such as the Sellaronda, Passo San Pellegrino and Falcade, Predazzo Pampeago and Obereggen... in short... that paradise that is the Dolomites

Maybe 4 stars are exaggerated. Starting from the room, the 80s style bathroom without shampoo and hairdryer is quite dated. There is no proper privacy between the balconies. Average food and not too friendly staff. The breakfast offered is average.
