We spent 4 nights in this lovely hotel and it was a pleasant discovery. To welcome you their Nelson canon that with a cuddle welcomes you .. The hotel very clean and well furnished in typical style; the rooms complete with every optional including slippers, towel and bathrobe to go down to the wellness area (all included in the living room). Typical cuisine with a wide choice between 4 first and 4 second courses and 4 delicious desserts. Attention deserves the bar where they make excellent typical aperitifs not to be missed. The location is also great: it allows you to start directly with skis on your feet without moving your car starting from the Buffaure area connected not only to the whole Val Di Fassa but also to the Sellaronda. A 10+ to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism always smiling and helpful.

My boyfriend and I stayed for three days and two nights in this splendid hotel in Val di Fassa. It may have been the Christmas atmosphere, the splendor of the Dolomites, the white lady who descended in abundance but to us it seemed like we were in a fairy tale. Very helpful and welcoming staff, from the girl at the reception to the waiters. Not to mention the beautiful dog Nelson. Excellent breakfast with typical local products, dinner was also very good and varied, you could completely stuff yourself with the buffet starter, first course, second course and dessert. The hotel is very comfortable and located close to the ski slopes and other locations such as Moena and Bolzano which we visited for the markets. The room was a very large and welcoming junior suite with a spectacular view of the forest and the ski slopes. One flaw if I can find it is the shower in the room which did not have a door to close it and therefore there was a risk of enclosing the surrounding part of the bathroom.
Thanks again for the wonderful, unique and priceless stay!

Care and attention to every detail in the structure. We stayed in the new wing, but also the rooms of the older wing are nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and dinner and breakfast are always plentiful and exceptional in variety and tastes. Near the hotel there is a shuttle to Valle San Nicolò and the Buffaure cable car is right in front.

How sorry to leave without a smile! Unfortunately, the stay did not meet the expectations you expect from a hotel in Trentino that also boasts 4 undeserved stars. We had a basic unrenovated, Classic, carpeted room and I was aware of this since Reservation but I hope that cleanliness standards do not differ depending on the cost per night you spend. I had to dust on my arrival bedside tables and wardrobe and I requested an extra clean to the bidet that was not however a solution to the problem found on our arrival. The shower shower was moldy. In the closet we found pelleted pillows and spare blanket in a crazy mess. Even the spa unfortunately did not give the feeling of cleanliness. If you fancy decorating your Christmas tree in September, find balls in a white plastic trash bag on a bottom shelf in plain sight in the spa. Unprepared and inattentive table service. Continental breakfast and dinners of poor quality and choice. Both for dinner and breakfast, moreover, the finished trays were not filled until the buffets closed causing races between diners or leaving people without the opportunity to taste the proposed food. Finally, you do not feel the typical friendliness of the hosts of Trentino alas. We were lucky to stay only three days.

The Valacia hotel is a 4-star hotel in the small mountain village of Pozza di Fassa.
Now, if we talk about 4 ⭐, we expect a certain level of structure.
Externally the hotel appears well-kept and good-looking; Its location is priceless: you go out with your skis on and in 2 minutes you are at the Buffaure cable car.
With the exception of these two aspects, the levels of care that one would hope to find in a 4-star hotel cannot be said to have been respected.
The rooms are standard, furnished anonymously and without any charm that could make them more fascinating.
Breakfast and dinner, definitely worth seeing again.
At dinner, the vegetable buffet is appreciated (without any type of exceptional products), but especially on the second courses, the evaluation is sufficient.
Really minimal portions and total approximation in the recipes: a cut of beef was served which to say was overcooked is a compliment.
The breakfast.
I find it absurd that at breakfast the leftover desserts from dinner are served and there is no possibility of "dishing out" milk and coffee independently.
No quality jam served.
Commercial bread without local excellence.
Wellness center: absolutely normal.
Fair price.

We stayed in early January 2024. Practically family-run hotel in the center of the return slopes. Excellent location 10 minutes walk from the town center and with your skis on you go to the cable car. Clean and pleasant rooms. Very welcoming hotel. Eating good. Good breakfast. Contained piece.

Only this year we went back 3 times. What about... convenient because near the lifts and in winter with snow even just do a few meters and be on track. The hotel is well located to walk to Fassa pool, and 'very cozy and well finished. The food is excellent and the cocktails the herbal teas the aperitifs are delicious. Super also the very kind and attentive service.

The hotel is located on the upper part of Pozza di Fassa, a few steps from the cable car that leads to Buffaure, on the road that leads to the Val San Nicolò and Val Monzoni.
Ideal strategic point for those who love trekking without having to move with cars.
The village is about 5 minutes walk to get to the first shops, about 15 to get to the bottom of the main entrance to Pozza.
Very clean, nice hotel and all the staff are very nice. Ample parking next to the hotel and if necessary also in front there is a large dirt car park.
Comfortable and well soundproofed rooms.
Beautiful Spa area accessible to customers.
Good food, with always different dishes.
Breakfast is hearty, classic and typical.
Definitely to recommend

We did a week on Half Pension. Excellent structure, equipped with a relaxation area with saunas and outdoor hot tub. The dishes are delicious and plentiful. Clean and very quiet rooms.
The hotel has a very large parking and dedicated room for bicycle storage. The staff is very kind and extremely helpful. Thank you very much Mara and Stefano

Super recommended!! 2 minutes from the center, away from the chaos and convenient for access to cable cars and nearby villages (Moena, Canazei, Campitello...). The hotel has a large outdoor parking, spacious, quiet and clean rooms; wellness center with sauna, Turkish bath, hot tub; Super friendly staff. Breakfast buffet excellent and plentiful with the possibility of dining at the restaurant next to the hotel excellent. They also accept dogs!!
