In conclusion, it is certainly not a 3 star hotel and is definitely not a hotel in line with the standards of Trentino and Val di Fassa. Not recommended!
The girl then told us, after our disappointment, that it wasn't up to them but to the booking center which didn't report the request!
Talking to other couples, same story... booked months and months in advance with a request to have rooms close together... request totally ignored.
He tried to change our room to be on the same floor but that proposal had a view of the back of the hotel and honestly we preferred not to accept.
The triple room assigned to the grandmother with the children was nice, the bathroom was renovated with new coverings and sanitary fixtures... let's say average!
The double room in which 3 of us had to stay (2 adults and a 2 year old child) was really unlivable... you can't turn around, you can barely pass in front of the bed to go to the balcony, the bathroom is small but all in all renovated like the one of the triple room.... another flaw is the tiny wardrobe, so to speak it was difficult to fit a standard size trolley but anyway it was not possible to remove the clothes from the suitcases because there were no shelves to put them in so every time we had to open and request suitcases.
Ah... they also told us that the baby could stay in the cot if we wanted... I honestly can't explain where they intended to put it... maybe above the double bed or outside the door... or on the balcony!
Thinking about winter I wonder where people should put their jackets, snow suits, boots and suitcases... it's unthinkable!
Room absolutely out of the norm in my opinion!
Breakfast: quite varied, from sweet to savory, fruit... possibility of taking coffee/cappuccino from the machine or at the bar (friendly barista)... a date on the toaster, they should add a second one or put a faster one because they always created file!
Dinner: dinner is chosen the day before for the following... starter and side dishes are buffet style (frozen stuff like potato croquettes, Ascoli olives and the like... every evening! Salad, tomatoes, olives.. .. decidedly monotonous)!
You can therefore choose a first and second course from three or two proposals... if I had to express an opinion I would say medium/poor.
Dessert (I'm naturally greedy) is a definite NO! I don't understand why they don't simply bring a slice of strudel which they also put out in the morning....it would certainly be more welcome!
Little choice of fruit...apples (obviously) some peaches or kiwis....one evening they put out a small plate of grapes which the smartest ones immediately took....but it was never restocked!
The location is good just a few steps from the center!
Parking non-existent...they reply with "there is a free one at 300 MT." ...they seem more to me!

Narrow rooms, terraces with rotten wood and sacrificed bathrooms.
The location of the hotel is central, you can move on foot for an evening walk or to take public transport or reach the Buffaure ski lift.
The doors of the rooms are equipped with traditional keys, not electronic. The reception at a certain time is empty.
Eat and drink to review in full, from breakfast to dinner and service.
There is no agreement with particular Cards, public transport or rental shops for bicycles or hiking strollers.
Attracted by apparently interesting photos and a slightly lower price than other structures, we found ourselves:
- very small room, even for one person, with no space for luggage or ski clothing and no way even to place suitcases and exchange them;
- wardrobe without shelves, bathroom with broken shower cabin (we reported it without having it repaired), dirty terrace, stained curtains and walls;
- parking practically non-existent (6/7 spaces along a very busy road);
- ski storage freely accessible to anyone and located along the road within everyone's reach;
- swimming pool with fresh/cold water, with shower present with intermittent hot water, without changing room and with only two deckchairs for all customers present;
The quality/price ratio, as well as the aspects mentioned above and combined with the decentralized location compared to the Sellaronda, make it a terrible experience.

good also to the director who was able to create a great team which is not easy... good guys!

Let's start with the rooms: the doubles are RIDICULOUS in size, with no more than 50 cm of bed outline useful for moving around, wardrobe without shelves, non-existent space even just to place suitcases. The feeling of discomfort was such that we considered the idea of changing hotels after just one night (which we would have done without delay had we not yet been in high season). Honestly INDECENT especially for a structure that aims to host potential passionate skiers.
Other questionable aspects surround this: the absolute lack of parking (the hotel is in the middle of the town, it is necessary to rely on a municipal car park 500 meters away); the ski depot has direct access from the street, with the possibility for anyone to access it at any time (even for those who are not staying in the structure, we recommend an anti-theft ski insurance policy in case of rental); bathroom with broken shower cabin; swimming pool with cold water and general dirt.
THE ONLY positive note is the kindness of the staff, largely made up of very young people who try to make up for the infinite shortcomings of the structure as best they can to make the guests' stay easier.
We won't be back and we certainly won't recommend it.

Already at check-in the manager was being splendid, making fun of his clearly annoyed colleague. He said to the customer before me: "Here we have little parking but 200 meters ahead there is a free one (which was almost always full). And in any case instead of going to the gym you take 4 steps.
He told me that the municipality charging for parking is like asking for protection money 🙈.
Regardless of the fact that I have never heard a hotelier speak badly of his municipality, perhaps he should take care of:
Rooms with rust on the beds and in the bathroom, bidet unusable because the sink is between a wall.
In the pool you have to use the towels from the room and therefore if you take a shower they are damp.
The breakfast room floor was probably washed at the end of last season.
It's a shame because the place is top and it wouldn't take much…

After several discussions the manager decided to change my room.
But the room was not the worst! I had warned before my arrival that I had a no meat diet.
On Christmas Day at breakfast I ask maitres and waiters to show me the dinner menu to see what I could eat and what I could modify.Meat and fish menu, the second only meat I agree with the maitre a plate of mixed cheeses.
In the evening at the appetizer I am served the tartare di fassona that I send back because no meat, first course I am put under my nose the tagliolino with wild boar sauce that I send back remembering that I am no meat, finally comes the first I could have eaten (gorgonzola pumpkin dumplings) shame that at the first bite I catch a piece of speck that was not mentioned among the ingredients, I call the maitre, I return the dish and I am asked why I send it back; for the umpteenth time I remember, rather annoyed, that I am no meat and I am prepared two first courses at the last moment.I waited for my plate of mixed cheeses from Val di Fassa, after the maitre d' brings my fillet Wellington dish to the kitchen, comes out telling me that the fish do not have it, I squint my eyes and I remind him that in the morning we two had agreed a plate of cheese! The maitre d’oeuvre enters the kitchen and comes out with four touches of industrial cheese certainly used in the kitchen but nothing to do with the cheeses of Val di Fassa ; I hope to make up for the “chef’s dessert” and instead I get half a slice of dried panettone left over from the tombola of the previous day.
WARNING for those with allergies or special diets because between what is written on the menu and what is brought to the table in the evening there are always different things without ever being warned: change of ingredients, addition of ingredients; a very dangerous thing.
No care for the customer, no attention for the cliente.In forty years that I go to Val di Fassa I have never found myself in such a situation, to say that among the staff there was no local so the care and attention that are usually found in the structures of Val di Fassa here are absolutely non-existent.
