We chose this hotel as well as for the optimal location for various excursions, especially for welcoming our hiking companion to 4🐾🐶Daiana. To be a Pet friendly hotel I must recognize the care in cleaning all the premises, we traveled with my son and partner, also with the dog, and we chose half board, cuisine with excellent dishes, even traditional, generous portions with review of the first courses. Breakfast buffet very varied, with homemade and savory desserts. Appreciated the attention from all the staff for our friends a4 🐾🐕, who without problems could also be brought into the dining room. I thank Cinzia and Massimiliano for the pleasant stay spent, very good hosts. Super recommended if you want to travel with your partner/s to 4 🐾🐕

Great location, spotless hotel, really good food both for breakfast and dinner. Finally a hotel that allows you to take your dog everywhere and despite the many dogs in the structure we found an exceptional cleanliness (no smell and not even a hair). Also the very nice spa, with sauna, biosauana, Turkish bath and hot tubs.
Max and Cinzia very friendly and helpful, make you feel at home.
Even the waitresses of the truly professional rooms. We will definitely be back next year!

A very nice and well-kept hotel in a wonderful area, surrounded by meadows and woods but a 3-minute walk from the center of Vigo, a pretty town in the Val di Fassa. The view around is obviously wonderful.
It is a pet-friendly hotel and in fact it is frequented by many families with dogs (like us). This means that dogs can stay with their humans in all areas of the hotel (which is not a given in a pet-friendly hotel).
Obviously it is frequented by people who are used to going on holiday with their dogs and therefore respectful of others (obviously including people without dogs) and environments.
Our room (attic edelweiss) was a normal alpine style room, not very large for 2 people with a 35kg dog. The bathroom is small and has no window but is tidy and has a shower and bidet. The cute balcony with a wonderful view of the valley and the peaks which however presented a critical issue; the divider that divides it from the balcony of the next room is very low and the neighbors could easily watch us in the room, furthermore, having another big dog as a neighbor (and the 2 didn't get along) we had to be very careful that they never met outside as they could collide easily, so I have to say that we didn't enjoy the balcony very much.
We did not use the various hotel services and therefore I cannot evaluate them. We instead took advantage of the half board which is offered with a really honest supplement. We found the variety and quality of the food to be good and the service in the room very friendly.
I have to make a personal report on this service; Before booking I informed the hotel that I was vegan and, to be honest, they immediately informed me that they don't do vegan cuisine. So, as I always do, I chose to book anyway and not expect anything special. Which I did. I must say, however, that I was sorry not to have felt that pinch of attention that makes you feel like a real guest. Since there was never an option for me as a second course, I always made do with the vegetable buffet and a simple first course which on 2 occasions, despite my warnings, came with cheese.
Being a pet-friendly hotel, a little more attention would be desirable in the distribution of guests with dogs at dinner as it is really complicated to eat at a table (with a large dog) in the middle of 2 tables also with two large dogs, when there were free tables available in the room. In the end we had to request a change ourselves. Nothing serious but, as with the food, it would be nice if this attention came from the staff.
Last note on price; in my opinion it's high given the period and our room, but to be honest the average prices in the hotels in the area are not very different.
In conclusion, we found a nice pet-friendly hotel in a wonderful area that, with a little more attention, would have crazy potential.

First time in this hotel and I must say we had a great time. Excellent location, with covered parking and not, spotless environments as well as rooms, spacious with TV and safe. It is a pet friendly but I must say (as a non-pet owner) you could not smell bad, indeed, everything always clean and sanitized. The food was TOP, all great and quality, both breakfast and dinner. Products made by them and these things are noticed in positive! Then all courteous and helpful, both the wait staff and the owners Cinzia and Max: we really felt at home! I highly recommend it for those who want to spend a holiday in Val di Fassa, whether you have animals or not!

I recommend all people who have a dog to stay at the Alpine Touring hotel, we had a great time for 1 week, it is in an excellent location and you can also bring your pet to dinner, ours was very good below the table. A special praise to the waitress who manages the room, she is really kind and nice, she always put us in a good mood. At breakfast there was a wide choice and all homemade desserts and for dinner every evening different dishes and all excellent. Our room was quiet and always clean. The only thing that some might not like is the dinner time from 7.30pm to 8pm, so if you are used to having dinner later, you have to bring it forward. But in the mountains it's better this way because you go to bed early and have to get up early in the morning to go on the trails. Vote 10.

I was last week with my partner and our dog Sugar in this hotel chosen because it gives the opportunity to bring dogs in the restaurant obviously on a leash without having to leave them alone in the room.
I only have positive notes for this hotel, all very clean despite the many dogs there were, the menu always varied and good as well as breakfast.
Upon arrival we were also given a little gift for the dog (a shampoo and a fingertip cream) and told that a room with fridge and microwave was available if you had to cook for your dog.
I really recommend the Alpine touring hotel to those who love the mountains and want to bring their dog with them

We had already been here last year. It is a "bestial" hotel, as it is frequented mainly by those who also have a dog in their wake. Top cleanliness (the ladies in charge were kind and helpful). Varied and abundant menu. The room service is special and friendly! And then there are Max and Cinzia, always ready to solve problems, doubts and give suggestions for excursions out of the crowd and for every level. It is a stone's throw from the town (reachable on foot) but in a quiet setting. Let's leave a piece of our heart here!

This hotel is located between Pozza and Vigo, in a panoramic position, near the bus stop that makes the Val di Fassa, near a supermarket and close to green lawns and paths for evening walks.
The staff is VERY KIND and so are the owners who are always helpful and kind.
Dogs are welcome, obviously with the necessary education, in every part of the hotel. A refrigerator is available for those who feed their dog a particular diet.
The rooms are not very large but the cleaning is perfect (we were 3 with two long-haired retrievers and there was not a hair on the ground).
Breakfast and dinner with great choice and delicious things. We walked 5/6 hours a day to not gain weight 🤣.
Dogs very happy to stay cool and walk every day in a different place.
If you love the mountains and want to go to the hotel (with your dog) it is definitely a great choice.

We stayed for a week with our Carlina, who unfortunately, although unsociable, got to be included and brought with us during all the moments spent in the hotel. Cinzia and Max great owners, cozy structure and very close to supermarket, bus stop and spa. Also excellent breakfast and all dinners we had booked half board. I am vegan and they have always tried to please me although there is no menu for vegans and vegetarians. structure to choose absolutely for those who want to bring their pet and make it feel always welcomed. We highly recommend it to everyone!

Specialized hotel for 4-legged friends, we stayed for a week with our dog. The staff is very kind, the rooms are spacious and clean, the structure is quiet especially at night despite the presence of numerous animals.
The morning breakfast features numerous homemade cakes which are really good, dinner is of an excellent standard with a wide choice and the dishes are plentiful and elegantly presented.
The managers are always available for various advice. Max is passionate about photography like me and I was able to talk about it with him at length.
We are really satisfied.
