Carpets are needed to be replaced and some fresh paint but, very clean and very helpful staff to find your way around. They now have Wi-Fi in every room, and an American style breakfast is served every morning.

This hotel is conveniently located in front of the Shinkansen Station of Anjo. The hotel rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Inside the hotel not much entertainment nor amenities. The town itself is a bit boring. I guess the only reason the stay here is business or the train. Hotel itself is good.

If you are staying here, you are either local or put here by your your agency. There's nothing to do in the area. Room is nice and clean. Decent size like 35sqm comparable to international hotels. Generally, hotels in Japan are well maintained and service staff are courteous and try their best to overcome the language barrier

This hotel could be really great, very nice, big room, good location next to train station with some restaurants nearby, all very stylish and at a quite good price. But… no Wi-Fi at all in the room, only a LAN cable. So no LAN connector, you have to go to the lobby to connect to the world. Also the no...

I stayed there a few years ago and loved it from beginning to end. The service was excellent (everybody was super kind), the room was big and ultra clean, the bathroom was huge and the bed was so comfortable and soft (with different types of pillows to choose from). I'll gladly stay there again!

Great location if you need to travel using the railway including the Bullet trains to Tokyo. Good breakfast and good choice. Friendly staff who spoke and understood English. I would recommend this and certainly stay here again

I was there for a business trip. I look for more practicality in a hotel, something I did not find in Grand Tiara hotel. The service and everything is good, but I like things to be more practical. So it is a problem of me and not of the hotel.

Perfect location right by the train station but the hotel is far enough away and constructed well enough that you do not hear the noise. Has balconies for each room. The lobby is very big and beautiful. A/C was a bit difficult to figure out since it is all in Japanese and was difficult to turn on. rooms are quite...

Next to Mikawa Anjo train station (local train and Shinkansen), this hotel is wel situated for a business trip in the neighborhood of Nagoya. Rooms are large enough and cozy. Breakfast is made of typical japanese food, but also occidental food, you will have the choice. Employees are very polite and always available (confirming the way we can imagine Japanese...
