We upgraded our room to a one bedroom suite and I am so glad we did. It gave us an area to hang out and watch TV and then the bedroom. Taking the first of our grandchildren and seeing it through his eyes made it even more fun. We love Taos and have taken our children for many years. The...

Check in and out times are late and early rooms are big The lady at the front desk leaves at 6 pm and locked up the hot tub. I mean come on this really sucked because sitting in a hot tub in the evening in Taos is what I was expecting especially paying for it.

Thank you for you for providing us with your valuable feedback. As a small hotel, our staff requires ample time to turnover rooms and get them ready for incoming guests. Therefore check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. However, sometimes we are able to accommodate late check-outs and early check-ins upon request if business allows. During the summer,...

This is a regular hotel with an excellent location but not as comfortable or clean. The price is high due the location and although is clean, the room was very small and the stairs in the room not recomended for children

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable other than there were public bathrooms on our floor and very close to our room - and sometimes the smell wasn't very nice. But other than that, I would stay there again. No real complaints.

Booked our accomodation through Booking.com and I thought we were getting a room at Alpine Village Suites which is located at the base of the mountain. I was pretty disappointed to find out that our room was in Kottam Cabin which is ran by Apine Village Suites but located 1.5 miles from Alpine Village Suite. The price was great and...

We have gone to Taos Ski Valley for the past 9 Spring Breaks and have stayed at the Alpine Village the last 7. The location is perfect and with the new construction actually puts you closer to chair one than before. The staff is amazing and will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

Had an amazing 21st anniversary weekend at Alpine Village Suites! The personal touches you get from a smaller business is truly exceptional. When we arrived to our one bedroom suite, a bottle of wine wishing us a happy anniversary was waiting for us, along with the fire going in the fireplace. Brian continues to be one of our favorite staff...

My friends and I stayed in the main building in a Queen Suite, which was perfect for the four of us. The suite was well appointed with a fireplace, private balcony, and a kitchenette. The staff were all very nice and we actually got to know some of them quite well throughout our stay. The hotel is family-run and everyone...

Our third year skiing at Taos Ski Valley and staying at the Alpine Village Suites. A great place to stay for comfort, customer service and is very clean. The staff as you have read in many of the reviews are awesome. I have written a good review for them previously, but wanted to express a thank you to them during...

Just back from this great ski mountain and thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 4 days at Alpine Village Suites. Had a group of guys and were bunking 2 in a room and was very comfortable and so conveniently located. Ski rentals, boot adjustments, restaurants and bars all with-in minutes of the Hotel. Staff is very friendly and look for ways...
